Writing Patterns

i dont have 10 fics posted to ao3 but i DO have oc writings so you get 10 after all

  1. Shiri stretched her arms as she woke up to the sound of familiar waves crashing against wood. ( another day on the seas / oc )
  2. Makino looks down at the tiny bundle, its eyes still closed and fingers curled around empty air. ( can't help but smile / one piece)
  3. "You're really going to put me to work?" ( the floating restaurant in east blue / oc )
  4. Yawning, Emily rubbed her eyes with one hand as she waved the other towards the pots on her windowsill, letting the star fragment’s magic roll off of her in a wave of dust towards the soft soil. ( magic usage / oc )
  5. Sunny remembers sitting at a neighbor’s dinner table with their younger sibling, only two years younger than them, Sunny's feet kicking at the air as the neighbor regales them with stories about adventurers and dragons and heroes. ( In Memories / oc )
  6. Chtholly knows the orders that will come, knows that she will not make it to the next month. ( i have promises to keep, and miles to go before i sleep / sukasuka )
  7. Koala has dreamt of her life Before the kidnapping: an island she barely remembers, people she barely remembers, a normalcy she wishes desperately she still remembers. ( Dreamt of You. / one piece )
  8. After Sabo is awake, after he's calmed down and had a few days to settle back into his own skin, to wrestle with the Sabo of the Revolutionary Army who leads fearlessly and the Sabo from Goa Kingdom who hates himself and ran away but still couldn't escape and maybe find some sort of peace when guilt and grief still churns in his stomach — after all that, he picks up his Chief of Staff duties again and walks early into a meeting with one of their scout teams. ( homecoming (but not yet) / one piece )
  9. The ship is larger than Usopp remembers. ( the bruises, the emptiness, and the quiet / one piece )
  10. Yachi Hitoka has worried about a lot of things since her first introduction to Karasuno High School’s volleyball team. ( Yachi Hitoka has worried about a lot of things. / haikyuu!! )

seems like i'v been leaning towards starting off with the characters name! thats a fun trend to spot. i should write more fic

you'd think i'd have a drawing for this but no i was working on a backstory for an oc

This lasted all the way until 9th grade, when, despite signing up for the same elective classes, they were placed into different homerooms. Truly a tragedy.

honestly i have a lot of favorites! i do a lot of fun pieces during art fight - and my first and last attacks of each year are always more quick cause i'm trying to just get started / trying to rush before the deadline, so the ones in the middle are the ones where i take my time and do crazy things (like giant group shots) haha
