Let’s see, JCP closed up yesterday and is supposed to reopen in April, but I’m not holding my breathe. Just gives me time to hang out with my lovelies and get caught up on a lot of stuff. 

Its definitely a horrible time right now . I just hope this whole thing ends soon! I heard New York is getting slammed with the amount of cases it has .

Yes, we have the most cases in the US, which is understandable. I go out for a few minutes to the local Dunkin or I go to Shoprite for a few things, then get my ass back home. 

New cases keep popping up everyday, so I expect it will be around for a while. 

Since more tests are becoming available, more people will come back with positive results . Massachusetts has 218 cases I think. I just feel bad for all the workers whose companies shut down . I know unemployment is available, but its still stressful !! Has New York shut down eating in restaurants?? Massachusetts has , and all the dunks around here are drive thru only now.

True, which is a good thing. Let people find out if they have it, so that they can medicate themselves and let others know if they should get tested. 

Unemployment is better than no money. 

Oh yes, there is NO dining IN restaurants. Only delivery and take out, that includes Dunkin. I don’t think we have any drive in Dunkins in NYC. 

I have seen so many middle school age kids out playing and stuff and I just shake my head. On one hand , I get it..they're kids and want to be out , but the parents should know better. I just cant wait for this whole thing to be over ! This meme made me laugh though

I feel so old saying it since im just 31 , but they are idiots . However , I know when I was 21 I would have TRIED to do the same thing , but I know for a fact my insane italian mother wouldnt let me 😂😂😂. They can just drink at home , go in the bathtub and pretend its the ocean or something lmao

I was never that irresponsible even in my teens. 

I live out in the middle of nowhere, cook at home, and do freelance work from home, so things haven’t changed that much for me. Ironically, I have to go to the store to get my prescriptions, and yes, I do have to go in. This store doesn’t have a drive-through window. I hope that the pharmacy and the doctor’s office have worked everything out because right now I’m rationing insulin, which is something that I despise doing. Honestly, this happens a lot. The nurse practitioner wrote the prescription as sliding scale, so it’s enraging that this is going on.

Annoyed with how my work has been handling everything and now annoyed that I’m waking up early for no reason since they went hmahead and closed the store for two weeks anyways.

Oh no !! Have you filed for unemployment? I heard they waived the waiting period , which is good. This whole thing just fucking sucks!

Well they’re paying us for the shifts we already be scheduled for until the 28th. I’ll have to file after that though because the company I work for likes to pretend to care about their employees will really trying to save as much money as possible.
