I once said I was the worst nightmare to anyone with bpd due to my ability to just not want or need to be around other people,being emotionally disconnected enough that I think I wouldn't care if my friends left me, and assumption that everyone else in the world is as fine with being alone as me, and I guess I was right because I do in fact think I am my worst enemy
#anyway totally wasn't looking at an old friends social media#but like what was I meant to do when I realised#that everything they did pissed me off#was I meant to keep pretending to care about their interests#keep saying I love you too when the thought of them#made me sick with anxiety#or was I meant to just tell them#like hey buddy I know you consider me your most trusted friend#and you feel like everyone in your life betrays you#and you have severe rsd#and have always been told you're annoying and unbearable#but I actually think I don't like you anymore#like#that suicide attempt would be my fault#at that rate them hating me was the best outcome#anyway shoutout#genuinely hope you are well#glad you have a partner hope they make you feel special#take a step back from social media and fandom spaces#just find a happy little bubble and sit there#everything is much more enjoyable at surface level

guys did you know that if you get diagnosed with bpd and then you see a doctor and you don't mention it they will not acknowledge it despite reading your file this of course has no ill effects on anyone and doesn't cause any confusion

THIS IS REAL I had just had a terrible time relationship wise, lost a friend of several years and my friends butted heads with my partner at the time. The whole night I was restless talking in my sleep, and at one point had sleep paralysis where what I can only describe as "the skin man" was at the end of my bed. I looked at him, I pointed and I said "fuck off you ugly bitch" which woke my partner up and they were like dude wtf did you say to me and I just went "the asshole over there" and he did in fact go away

these army ants tend to move in groups of 4, with the line leader leading the expeditions. They have terrible eyesight, so rely on the sound of the Line Leader's bell staff, and the the pheromone map made by the previous expedition to know where they're heading.

#yesterday I felt like absolute shit#I went out and bought some redbull so I could drink that night#planning to just fuck around#probably do something stupid and impulive#(I was vomiting til 4am so guess I did)#and there was a lady on the bus who had to walk in and out of the bus to get all of her groceries#her kids were too small to help carry#so I shoved the stuff I got into my sachel bag and handed her my grocery bag#so she wouldn't have as much trouble getting off the bus#idk with how I was feeling all dramatic#I was like#well in the off chance this is my last day I may as well do something good#make someone else's day just a little bit easier
