during exams i used to get really stressed out about not having enough time to study between, so i designed myself a lil study planner that maps out my week
it has a section for events, a checklist, and a time tracker so i can tell myself to stop freaking out :) if anyone wants the pdf, lemme know!

Itβs 2020 and I feel conflicted. Our world is in turmoil, the planet itself and the people within it are hurting. Iβm also incredibly overwhelmed - in the midst of full time study and full time work while everybody else is on holiday or the couch π that said, Iβve got this!

good morning! i woke up to a stressful email informing me that i have terrifically dropped the ball. excellent. however! it is going to be ok! sometimes these things happen! this is a particularly big one but! thatβs still ok! this is me recognizing that iβm not doing myself any favors by giving room to negative self-talk!Β things are going to be okay. it is not the end of the world. messing up does not mean youβre a bad person or a failure or useless, it just means youβre human. accept it, acknowledge it, take responsibility but release the shame, and keep going.

Midterm season has come, and let me just say that although mine is a week away, i feel pretty fine about studying. And maybe thatβs because Iβve been looking for tips on how to study effectively and how to make the most out of my time. I guess one of the mistakes I used to do was studying for hours straight without taking a break and not having a study schedule. figuring out little gaps and leaks in your study routine actually makes a difference β¨π
