After not watching SPN for two years, I watched the last episode and I’m.... confused? Why did they simply put a great haired wig on Sam without doing any special effects makeup to actually makeup him look old???? This pulled me so hard out of the experience of the episode. The only thing I could think about was how he looks like normal 30 y/o Sam but with a grey haired wig.

The entire snap shot of Sam’s life in general felt emotionless, lifeless and pointless. I felt no connection to it. It wasn’t like “awww, Sam lived through this whole life, full of happiness and family” No, it felt like Sam helped a kid with a math problem once and died. 17 y/o fanfic writers could write a better finale

Haven’t watched the show in a while, can anyone explain a few things?

So I haven’t watched the show in probably 2 years. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to catch up, so I’ll only be watching the last episode, but I’m still curious about what has happened. Can anyone answer a few questions for me?

- I heard that everyone disappeared from earth. Does that stand true for the last episode, or did everyone come back? And why did everyone disappear in the first place? Did Thanos make it to SPN universe lol?

- From reading posts and blogs, I see that God/Chuck became bad. Why is that?

And if there’s anything else important that has happened in the story that I should know, please share it!

“-you look tonight,” you sang along to the song as you added wine to the beef stroganoff you were making for the dinner. As time passed by, Castiel learned to taste not just the molecules, but the entire taste of a dish or anything. It made it more pleasurable to cook, or go out to restaurants, since you won’t be the only one eating.

Castiel’s hands sneaked up around your waist, and he pressed you tightly to his chest. You turned your head around, giving him a quick peck on the lips before turning your attention back to the dish.

“I am almost done, just five more minutes,” you said as you stirred the mix in front of you.

“Don’t worry, I enjoy watching you cook,” he said before kissing you on the neck and moving towards the cabinets and taking out the cardboard plates. You bought the house that you currently live in about a month ago, and only now started moving in stuff, with the help of Sam and Dean of course. Most of the things were still in boxes, which scattered most of the house.

You turned the stove off, and was about the start serving the food when Castiel took your hand and started moving with you to the beat of the song.

With each word your tenderness grows
Tearin' my fear apart
And that laugh..wrinkles your nose
Touches my foolish heart

You couldn’t stop laughing when spinned and dipped you. You stayed like that for a few seconds, his face centimeters from yours. He nuzzled his nose against yours, his eyes closed as he breathed in the scent of your hair; a mix between pomegranate and acai berry. He moved a string of hair away that fell from your bun away from your face, before kissing you, slowly and gently. There was no rush. You didn’t have to wake up the next morning and get ready for a hunt, or stay up all night to finish the research. Now, you had all the time in the world, to do whatever you wanted, and not worry about anything else.

He brought you back up and pushed you against the counter, his hands in your hair and ours tugging on his gray t-shirt. Dinner could wait too.

If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.

On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.

Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.

But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.

What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.

Writers as desperate for comments. Desperate. 

I’m in a writing group with around 40 people and one of the common reasons people don’t post their work is because “no one ever comments on it, so no one is reading it” which blows because their work is amazing and instead it’s sitting in storage.

Comments lead to posting more fic. Trust me.

Plot Twist Ideas

  1. The main characters are told that something they’ve been searching for (a person, a concept, a place) doesn’t exist.  
  2. An object that has been only loosely mentioned but is important to a character turns out to have a message written in code.
  3. An important character turns out to have a hidden dark past.
  4. An important character turns out to have hidden their true personality for the entirety of the story.
  5. The main villain of the novel turns out not to be the main baddie after all.
  6. A situation arises where a protagonist has no choice but to side with a minor bad guy.
  7. The hero finally gets an opportunity for revenge, but it comes at the cost of something else.
  8. An antagonist unexpectedly does something to help the hero.  What is their true motivation?
  9. A character turns out to know something they weren’t supposed to know.
  10. A character’s dark past finally catches up with them.
