Imagine this:

Kylo and Rey are fighting on Lukes island, at the end of Episode 8.

Their fight takes place at the Jedi Temple there, but the Temple starts to collapse, while the both are fighting. After/while a furious fight, Kylo recognizes, that a wall above Rey is near to collapse and will fall down at Rey.

He pushes her aside, and the wall breacks down beside Rey!

They remain on one another

Kylo lays above her, face to face, eye to eye.

Rey is surprised and shocked that Kylo saved her

Kylo is at first reliefed that he saved her, but after that he feelt trapped.

They´r looking in each others eyes!

Rey(angry, but surprised): I hate you

Kylo (with al little smile on his face): I know

And the he kisses her!!!
