The Creation Myth of Selion (The Version that Mortals know).

At the dawn of time, the Gods descended from the heavens and created the world.

Lady Illia, the first and youngest of the gods, created the earth and the body of Man. She made them diverse, so they could love each other in their differences.

But Man could not think or move, or explore the vast world that Illia had created, so Lady Sylvia created their minds, giving them feeling and knowledge.

They explored their new world, and found the wonders of life, but when they reached the ends of their lands, they stopped at the seas that separated them.

Lord Percivan, seeing the trouble that Man faced, decided to give them a gift. He didn’t want to give his gift freely however, thus burying it deep underground; the Akronite Crystals.

When Man finally discovered it, they began to make wonderful machines. Wonders of transportation that included powered boats that traversed the seas, trains that traversed the land, and airships that can traversed the skies.

From this, birthed anger and fear. Men split themselves into many groups based on what they did and didn’t have, and hated each other for their differences.

The Karvassians had the gift, and they were afraid that the Stellans would take it. The Stellans were afraid that the Karvassians would come and attack them with their newfound power, and tensions grow, between both provinces, and races.

Update

TL;DR I’m going to be posting more Dungeons and Dragons content now about my homebrew world and other campaigns. You can ask me about anything in Selion, and i’m gonna make drawings and memes of Selion as well. Letting you all know that, so you can tell what content you can expect from me in the future.

Now, for the long, touchy-feely shit.

It’s been 4-5 years since I created my Tumblr account. I was sitting on the floor of the band room in the middle school, blogging while I was supposed to be doing music theory. Over my time in middle and high school, I have since forgotten about Tumblr. Well, i’ve remembered my password, and have something to consistently post about, and i’m back!

Posts are not going to be regular, since I am still attending school, and my mental health is not spectacular, but I will try my best to entertain.

A list of some campaigns I may post about -The Adventures of the Goblin Punters: A Forgotten Realms campaign of a group of 6 adventurers going up against a force that has been conquering cities and brainwashing the people in them, named Waeska. -Monk Buddies, the Quest of Four: My homebrew campaign in the world of Tivale, mainly taking place in the country of Selion. A forgotten deity threatens to destroy the world in a year’s time, leaving 2 trainee monks and their teacher to make amends, and save the multiverse from destruction. -Storm King’s Thunder, AKA “What’s a Giraffe?” - Another Forgotten Realms campaign of 5 adventurers who seek to set the order of giants back into balance, to prevent attacks against the towns and cities of the north. However, getting to that point proves difficult, since danger waits for them at every turn. -The Quest of Allegan: A homebrew campaign based in the state I live in, where 4 adventurers are wandering around, solving puzzles and toppling a chain of corruption. (Those are the plots as far as I know, more will be revealed as the plots develop!) My ask box is open for questions about the campaigns, and my homebrew world! Feel free to use any ideas from Selion, or any characters you find interesting! I may also post other things that aren’t D&D related, but that will probably be rare, since D&D is my current hyperfixation.

Mind your business, but mind your idleness also. It's a tragic thing to make a business out of your mind. Save your mind to amuse yourself with.
