4.what’s your least favorite part of the body to draw, if any? for sure, hands and feet but i think that’s mostly because i struggle with them. feet, especially. i need to go back to practicing angles on those.
6.favorite and least favorite angles/perspectives to draw? favorite angle to draw is a 3/4 bust. lol it’s don’t need to worry about hands or feet with that one. least favorite is a straight on full body view mainly because the least favorite parts of the body to draw need to be in view. :(
13.what kind of art do you personally not see the appeal of, and why? aaah there’s a lot of abstract art that I just don’t get and it doesn’t really interest me. like… if i have to read a paragraph about what the artist’s intention was to find meaning in an art piece then…it’s just not for me.
Some favorite animanga characters: mitsumi (skip to loafer), uru (shiawase kissa sanchoume), mafuyu (oresama teacher), sawako (kimi ni todoke), frieren (sousou no frieren), and yuu kashima (gekkan shoujo nozaki-kun)
And then some favorite book characters: lirael and sabriel (abhorsen series), inej (six of crows), alex (ninth house/alex stern series), and blue (the raven cycle)

5.What piece of art are you still proud of to this day? i answered this but there is another piece so i’ll answer it again. this piece because it’s a traditional art piece and although i wasn’t thrilled with the blue and yellow versions, had fun painting.
20.what motivates/inspires you artistically? definitely my emotions. when i’m really going through something, i pour my heart into art, but then when i’m not feeling anything too strongly, then… sometimes my art lacks that emotional punch. i’m trying to teach myself to not rely on extreme feelings to draw, because often i get into a really, really low mood and it’s hard to pull myself back up.

5.What piece of art are you still proud of to this day? This one. It was one of those pieces I did just to show myself I could do it, and then I loved it.
7.who are some artists that have inspired you? a lot of contemporaries thanks to the internet and social media: francisco “paco” perez, michael carson, mj lindo-lawyer, and joshua lawyer. Paco, in particular, was a huge influence and inspiration since I started dabbling with digital art back in the year 2003-04. It started with this piece and I’ve been chasing this style ever since.
19.what’s your biggest insecurity when it comes to your artwork? i’m always afraid someone who knew teenage artist Sasha will see my art now and think “she’s still drawing that, huh?” or “her style hasn’t really changed” even though both could be true and it would be fine. but idk. i think about that .
