I saw your post about you venting your frustration for people not keeping their dogs on a leash around you DA dog. I'm going to assume that you put a muzzle on your dog in public anyway right? Idk where you're from but where I'm from it's very normal, legal and beneficial for dogs to have time off a leash on places like beaches and open park areas. Your dogs actions are your responsibility and its expected by the law and the general public that your dog doesnt pose a risk to other humans or dogs
That post was from years ago! But I live in a city where it’s the law for dogs to be on a leash when not secured by a fence, on their property or in a dog park. My dog while DA would show no aggression towards dogs unless they ran up on us which sadly my neighbors aggressive small dogs still do and in my dogs 12yrs she has never gotten hold of another dog. Also no my dog is not muzzled when out on walks. I’m very responsible with my dogs and they are never allowed to roam off leash off my fenced in property. Other dog owners irresponsibility is not my responsibility.
