More Noir stuff for the soul! Wouldn’t it have been kinda cool if Peni, Noir, and SpiderHam had fight sequences where pulling enemies into their dimension gave them home advantages? 🔍🔍🔍

it didn’t surprise her too much that he wanted to hear more. jessica didn’t know how well she could recount the details from an emotional standpoint. the nightmares made sure that she did not forget any of the details, however. ❝ i don’t know if i can willingly relive it. ❞
she didn’t need to relive it, he could help ease her through the process of re-telling it to him. however, if she didn’t want to, she didn’t have to. vince would obtain the information one way or another. it was just a matter of time in all reality. ❝ of course, ❞ he said, head lowering for a moment, ❝ when you’re ready to tell me, i’ll be ready to listen. ❞
Drew some fashion themed spiderman noir because i love his design so much aaaa

I LOVE NOIR
OK. Listen. I know its canon that Noir’s hair is black and that everyone accepts that. But listen, hear me out. White Hair. Thanks for coming to my TED talk
HER SMIRK WAS ALMOST SARDONIC as she eyes him. Watching the ways he seemed to think things over. She was good at READING people. Her gift helped too. ❝ i’m not someone who follows the LAW. So when i don’t play nice. Things tend to get really messy. ❞
she didn’t scare him - not even close. a member of the elite guard (for or otherwise) didn’t fear anything. maybe ascendance, but that was it. no, he shifted slightly as he took a step forward. “ there are laws of nature and men,” he said bluntly. “ everyone follows a law - it just depends on the how.” though, there was doubt she’d truly take anything he said into account - so much for trying. “ and trust me, laws of men are weak - more like suggestions.” a pause. “you can break them with your eyes closed.”
John’s mind wandered to his father and grandfather, both reverends in Braintree. He was once destined to follow in their footsteps, but fate had much larger plans for him after his father passed. There was hardly any point of speaking to the other’s rant, so he answered his question instead. “Think of me as a protective father. Quick to judge. Quick to greet you on the front porch with a shotgun.”
“You certainly do have a flair for the dramatic, don’t you? Amazing you’ve made it this long with the whole ‘hey, have I mentioned I’m really, really old?’ spiel.” John made a face that conveyed that he obviously didn’t believe the other’s government takeover timeframe. “Surveillance? It’s not like you’re robbing a bank.”
“I only use it when it’s needed,” he said bluntly. “Age may mean something to those moving through time, but not those stuck in a single instance over, and over.” Or perhaps that was just one Vince managed to see it. He’d been around long enough to know that sometimes the right and proper way was never the best. Especially, when dealing with people who lived, and ultimately died.
“But, no. It’s not. Robbing a bank is something easy, you get in, and you get out. Rarely do you ever come back. Taking over a government? That takes time. People who have tried usually fail, to do something like that would take.... insider information. Someone inside the government itself in key positions.” A pause. “Think of it as... a wolf in the herd.”
