Hey everyone! Happy spring <3 Spring is a great time for new beginnings, and a great time to get back to the healthy habits that you may have lost during the winter. I know I definitely put on a little weight this winter, and as an externally motivated person (yes, by stickers) I made myself a little chart to get myself going!
I gave myself thirty five days, just a random number, and gave myself the goal to earn as many stickers as possible! One is for the days that I exercise, and two means that I exercised and also lost weight. This works for everyone, because you can reward yourself for whatever habits you want, fitness related or not!
Yes, it may seem like I’m taking you back to kindergarten, but this is a motivational tool that really works for me. Let me know if any of you try it out - it’s super fun!

It’s taken me forever to find a cute meal and fitness tracker! But guys, I am absolutely in love with this one by Cassie, at Back to Her Roots! I suggest you give it a go too, you can find the free printable here.

I saw last year that you were choosing between Marquette, Butler, and University of Illinois. What made you choose Marquette over the other two? I'm wondering because I've been looking closely at Marquette and U of I as well, not so much Butler but I'd still love to hear! Thanks
Hello love! Sorry for the late (ish) response, I haven’t been super active lately! As for my decision, the fact that I got into the direct admit DPT program at Marquette was a huge deal breaker - not having to apply to grad school? Count me in! I absolutely LOVE Marquette, and honestly wouldn’t change my decision for the world. I’m extremely passionate about my major, my professors and friends are awesome, and I’ve had an amazing experience in my sorority, Sigma Kappa. U of I is an amazing choice though too! Please let me know if you have any more questions, I could go on forever (:
