gotta give it to the percy jackson fans, you really do love your main character. for other franchises, fans usually place the #1 blorbo title on a specific side character. but in percy jackson you really love your percy jackson

annabeth chase is black in the books at least because percy thought that sadie kane would look like their own child. and *ba-dum-tss* sadie is BIRACIAL.

(@ to the people who are saying that if annabeth is black in the tv series doesn’t mean that she’s supposed to be black in the books).

best boo moments—

  1. leo just up and deciding that hazel and frank will be accessories to his superhero murder-suicide plan and going “you guys just suck it up and help me :)”
  2. when old man jason gets stabbed by his ghost mentor figure and annabeth is like you remind me of this evil dead blond boy i used to know <3 let’s hope you meet a better end! (spoiler he didn’t)
  3. nico trying to initiate a therapy session with an unwilling reyna while going this is not me this is not me inside. and then coach hedge wanders off (with nico being like: to write to jackie chan???) because it’s getting too psychological
  4. percy saying he deserves to die because he’s evil, and jason just going i get it and refusing to elaborate
  5. octavian launching himself from a canon in front of nico and will (insert dying in front of you to forever change the trajectory and nature of your relationship tweet)
