Too Important To Take Seriously

There are so many things to appreciate about this scene.

a) Ron and Harry having brotp moments (”do your fly by hand” hilarious!)

b) “Unwrap it up here, it’s not for my mother’s eyes”: Ron, could you be more adorable?

c) Ron is giving this book to Harry even though he knows that it will more than likely be used in reference to Ginny (so much for crazy, overprotective big brother Ron!)

d) This basically explodes the notion of Ron being suave and sexually experienced. The poor guy is obviously clueless.

e) It reinforces the idea that he wanted to get rid of Lavender, but was too inexperienced to know how.

f) “I would’ve known how to get going with…” (Even Harry knows who that ellipses belongs to!)

g) The greatest “wand innuendo” in the entire series!! The joke works on so many levels…first you get the picture of poor Ron trying to cast a complicated charm and not quite getting the wand movements correct (flick and swish), and then you get the notion that, despite what most 17 year old boys think, you have to have more than good “wand work” to satisfy a woman.

Obi-Wan wears like 53 layer of robes so everyone assumes he’s kinda soft especially compared to his ‘in the prime of his youth’ former Padawan but then one day he goes shirtless to spar and he’s shredded, he has an 8 pack. Clones and Jedi alike are choking on drinks and tripping into walls. Ahsoka is covering her eyes and screaming because that’s basically her grandpa. Anakin has to throw a robe over Obi-Wan like The Birth of Venus.

Okay, so:

Disney just announced their 2023 movie, and I can already tell I’m going to be all over this one.

Just look! Look at it!!!

Now read this from IGN:

“Set in the Kingdom of Wishes, it’s a magical land where wishes can literally come true. The art style of Wish combines watercolor animation, Disney’s original art style, with CG which Disney uses in the modern era. Wish will star two heroines, Asha (Ariana DeBose), a 17-year-old driven optimist and leader in the making. She will face one of the most formidable enemies in the universe and will have to team up with Star, a cosmic force and boundless ball of pure energy and maybe chaos.”

It’s a female-led fantasy musical with a villain and a goat that looks absolutely gorgeous

I’m not one to get super excited about movies over a year in advance (with the two ‘Frozen’s being the sole exception), but I’ve got a good feeling about this one… 😁

I could not be more excited about this!!!

First look at “Wish,” an all-new animated feature film that explores how the iconic wishing star came to be. Starring Ariana DeBose as Asha, directed by Chris Buck & Fawn Veerasunthorn, produced by Peter Del Vecho & Juan Pablo Reyes, and featuring all-new songs by Julia Michaels, the movie releases in November 2023.

WHEN the sandman netflix adaptation could have easily changed the date for dream and hob gadling's meetings to fit 2022 into the schedule but instead made dream miss their last meeting while he was imprisoned and considering how the one before it went it was easy for hob to assume that dream would never meet him again but instead he never gave up hope and when the pub closed down he left directions to the new inn in case dream changed his mind and 23 years later dream got free and did meet him there thus likely setting a new location and date for their meetings to symbolize their newer stronger bond as friends
