It was hard, cutting off contact with all his friends. All the people he knew and cared about. It was for the best- it was because he cared about them so much that he couldn't go near them anymore, though.

Fallen Stars Giveaway!

Hi, everyone!! I’m sorry again that I’ve been so busy, but even though my new semester has started, I am actually continuing to work on FS content behind the scenes. The story will resume as soon as I’m able!

But for now, I once again wanted to thank you all for your support of FS and of me. I really love creating content for this AU and hope to have time to do it justice throughout this semester. (I’m thinking of doing an FS Inktober sort of thing rather than a standard Inktober/Drawtober sort of challenge.)

This time, my thanks is coming in the form of a print and sticker giveaway!!

These are all prints and stickers of my art. There will be two winners; one winner will receive two prints of their choice (options photographed below) and another winner will receive all of the stickers in the second photograph!

Rules for Entry

1. You must live in or have a usable address within the United States. I’m sorry, but I just can’t afford international shipping at this point in time.

2. You must be 18+ years of age or have a legal guardian’s express consent to enter this giveaway as it deals with physical merchendise.

You're right, that is a huge spoiler. And I'm not gonna answer it because of that lol. That being said!! I do want to say that no matter what the ending is, it's going to be a bittersweet one. I'm not a big fan of overworking angst, and personally, I love dynamic endings that give all sorts of positive and negative reactions at the same time. I aspire to ensure the story of this AU has an ending like that to the best of my abilities.

Hey, there! First off, thank you for asking! I'd always rather answer something multiple times over someone just not knowing. I don't remember this being asked before, and I can't recall if I've kept any of the updates that answer it, so this is a good place to say it.

I currently have multiple fics in the works for this AU!! The entire AU is going to continue being comprised of separated fics, comics, and occasionally asks. Asks are going to remain open, but they're mostly going to be used as inspiration points from now moving onwards. I doubt I'll ever be able to do a weekly comic page or anything, but I'm hoping to draw some of the bigger moments of the story as opposed to only writing it out. That being said, progress is generally gonna always be rather slow. I'm in graduate school working on my Master's degree, and Saturn has school as well. But I hope you can enjoy the story whenever I'm able to put it out nonetheless!

I’m back!!

Hello, hello!!

I wanted to give everyone an update on where I'm at right now. First off- I got all A's again this semester, so woo!! I hate having to do hiatuses during my semesters, but grad school is really hard and I would say my grades reflect how hard I'm working and how much focus I place on school.

I'm currently working on the next FS post that'll go up- I don't have an ETA just yet, but I can say that it's going to be a fic to get us started again!!

I wanted to make a couple announcements along with that.

1. When I do get the AU started back up again, it's going to be different. I'm not going to be doing daily posts anymore nor will I have the characters answering asks nearly as much. This is a good thing, though!! I want to drive the overall story more now, and the way for me to do that is a combination of fics and comics!!

Please feel free to continue sending character asks, and I'll use those to my advantage when possible. Prompts to me directly, though- direct questions of what happened in x scenario or to y character in the past- will be the best fuel for me to continue from here!

2. I am now ready to put up a permanent link to the Discord Server!! Here shortly, I will be making a new pinned post where it'll be linked along with the entry rules!

Thanks to everyone in the @iamapearlzine for being so amazing and supporting through my process with this. <3 Especially with the patience of me restarting my piece two weeks before the submission date. And I’m so honored to have been accepted into my first Zine ever and to even be allowed to create a spread. It’s been an incredible experience, and I can’t wait to participate in more zines in the future!

Just in case anyone was curious as well, here’s the original piece I began working on then decided I didn’t like anymore. I may finish or restart it one day!!

So I'm now officially on hiatus until I finish this semester, but!!! I'm very happy to announce I'm taking part in a zine! My first one!!
