I remember seeing Carrie Fisher on the big screen when I saw Force Awakens and I teared up because she was still just so beautiful. Her eyes are always what got me and even after all the crap she went through she always had such beautiful eyes. Rest In Peace General!

She was a woman that overcame so much criticism, rose above it and stayed so true to who she was. She admitted to things she had to learn, and always kept it so real. I honestly love her so much. We can be thankful someone like that was in the public eye the way she was and was able to make it through so much inner turmoil to live true to herself and achieve the happiness that is tied to that. I think while she was here, she not only gave us an iconic character to look up to, not only gave us amazing writing, but she also gave us an example of how, whatever you’re going through, you can come through it happy on the other side. That’s something to be so grateful for. And what a beautiful mark she left on the world. Truly amazing.
