℘ — She’d gotten in the habit of buying the same thing the past few times that she’d wandered into the tea shop she recently discovered. One would think an immortal would do all she could to avoid repetitious habits, but she didn’t seem to mind this one. It was something to help ease and settle her old bones when she was feeling her extensive number of years weighing down on her more than usual. Something to help her slow back down amidst her current lifestyle and profession of choice. Immortals could feel human, too.Her slender fingers brushed her hair over to one shoulder as she scanned their selection again as if she was actually considering choosing something else for once. She had no intention of doing so, though, and the young male working there had apparently sensed it. He’d been there every time she’d come in, but he never said more than was necessary. This time he spoke up. Suggesting a change to the pick that she’d been about to repeat.. again. Her lips pursed in thought, a little amused as she listened. An eyebrow raised slightly as her arms folded beneath her chest. “Hmm, alright. I suppose trying something new never hurt anyone, hm~?” She finally hummed in agreement. “I’ll trust you this time, but it’d better not disappoint.~” She ended with a quick tease and a small quirk of her head.

Jinyoung stops walking the second he hears her request. Why did people insist upon wearing uncomfortable shoes that hinder their movement? Sliding his hands into the pockets of his leather jacket, he looks behind him, a small smile forming on his lips. “What happened? You were right behind me a second ago?” His gaze shifts away from the woman to the large clock mounted on the wall of the nearby building. “We need to hurry. The movie starts in ten minutes.”
--- “I stopped to look at a window display..!” She whined as she finally caught back up to him. “I thought you stopped, too, but you just kept going!” Her features scrunching as she crossed her arms. “Ten minutes!??? AigooOOoo~!” She huffed out as she quickly started off towards the theater, leaving him behind this time. Her heels clicking louder from the strength of her stride. Fingers tightly gripping onto the strap of her purse, hair flipped to one side as she teasingly called back, “You gotta’ give a girl more time to get to these places next time!”

♔ — Tonight was supposed to have been an all girls night, an all night home party, but.. that didn’t happen. For one reason or another e v e r y o n e else had to cancel. Well.. everyone but them. Her palm rested against her cheek, holding up her head as she sat there feeling a little deflated. “How did we end up being the ones left in the dust? “You see plenty of idols hitting the deck pretty hard” she shot back but that didn’t mean that she wanted Gina to fall, quite the opposite, she instead pointed it out in a poorly formed attempt at concern. Amber wasn’t the best at expressing her emotions but her intentions were good, they were always good, and it seemed that always managed to shine through even when she really wasn’t putting her tone or words together well.
Amber wasn’t always great with being touched but she let the older woman link arms with her, better that than having her chase after her again. They must have looked like a completely mismatched pair, Gina dressed so well while Amber looked like she had just rolled out of bed but Amber liked baggy clothes, to hide in clothing, she had always been that way.
“Any outfit can look good with sneakers, just gotta find the right ones”
--- “Hmm, that’s truee.. but it’s usually something else causing them to fall, or they just didn’t properly work out their footing in the shoes.” She tapped her chin with the though as she gave another nod of her head. “Heels aren’t easily manipulated like sneakers are, y’know. They have no problem going one way and throwing your body the other, so you have to work with them!~” Her free hand absently motioning with her words out of habit. “When I learn a new choreo, I start out in sneakers to get the movements down, but then I have to almost relearn everything wearing my performance shoes! Aighh..,” hanging her head to the side out of annoyance at the mere thought of the processes she always has to go through. “Yahh, they don’t go with every outfit though, silly~” She let out a few small laughs at their words. “I couldn’t pair sneakers with a gown~! I mean, I wish I could.. I’d at least have one less thing to worry about, then. Walking in floor length gowns is hard enough, but then you throw heels on under that and you’re a walking time bomb! I've definitely had a few.. trips in those cases.” Scrunching her features as she finally admitted some truth to Amber’s words.
