The original says, if memory serves, 女儿 nu’er (woman) and 帅哥 shuai ge (handsome brother - not as in familial brother but as in Chinese people calling other people brother, sister, auntie, etc).
The original meaning was not in a “gay way” because Cina (tm) but it was absolutely gendered.
Thinking about it I believe CXS comments on LG being handsome a couple of times in season one, so he’s definetly not shy about appreaciating other bros beauty 😂
