It’s been 84 years since I worked on my Moon Medicine gameplay, but converting stuff from TS4′s Snowy Escape gave me a great excuse to crack that save open again!
I wanted to make at least some functional items, but omg it’s hard.

Reina has suddenly gained herself an amazing reputation as a witch and an alchemist throughout the kingdom due to her hard work. Her elixirs are selling like crazy and some are even bid for, earning her higher prices.
Due to such a fuss, the king himself has come to hear such news and is wishing to meet Reina in person. What that reason could be is beyond Reina's imagination, but one thing is for certain, she can't turn it down.
That being said she left her little village with her trusted horse, who has now earned a name "Max", a little before 4am to meet with the Royal family.
As it hadn't been certain when they were expecting her, she decided it'd be best to appear early, even if that meant her waiting for longer. Were that necessary she did have some other business to attend to in the city, like buying some herbs for her elixirs that she can't grow yet or selling valuables she had conjured from common vegetables.
A lot of things were running through her mind on her way there, how she barely knew anyone there, how she really wanted to see that mysterious man she had met at the market that night, how she might change her life after the meeting with the King.
She was scared more than anything. What if the King thought of her as dangerous? What if he thought of her as a threat to the throne and were to imprison her?
Too many questions unanswered, but her pacing mind came to a halt the moment she laid her eyes upon the magnificent castle.
(the castle is built by me, it isn't the original Praaven castle. I loved the one that came with the world but unfortunately it lacked a throne and ballroom which is something is ABSOLUTELY wanted so I just redid it. I'll be posting pictures of around and inside the castle once we progress more with the story)

Reina went to the market late at night to sell some of the animals she'd managed to capture to make some extra money. Unfortunately she had arrived late at night which meant that there were barely any people around.
She saw a young man, dressed more formally than herself and approached him to ask about when she should come back or if he knew anyone whose store would be open at that time.
As a proper Sim she greeted with a bow, the young man respectfully kissing her hand.
Unfortunately, the man she asked claimed to be from a foreign land and only recently having moved there, meaning he too, had no clue.
Reina expressed her uncertainty of what to do as she lived far, but had come all the way there after a long day to gain some extra money. The gentleman replied by saying that she needn't worry as everything would work out in the end. He offered to keep her company until one of the stores open if she came to the decision to remain there until she got her work done. Reina expressed her gratitude towards him but insisted he head home had he no other business in the market. After a few back and forths, they decided to talk about something else as it was evident that neither of them were going to back down.
They indulged in delightful conversations and ended up laughing a lot together while telling eachother stories of their previous homes and adventures they got themselves into while coming to the kingdom of Gryffindor.
While the sun started to rise and its beams started kissing the top of their heads and people had finally come to open up their shops and stands, the gentleman looked over to Reina telling her he had fulfilled his duty and that I was time for him to leave. He seemed to be in a hurry as he started running, his figure slowly blending with the horizon and slowly disappearing into the nearby houses. Reina wanted to follow after him as he had been the only person she had come to know. She wanted to know his name, when they could meet again. But she couldn't run after him for fear that her precious horse, who has yet to be named, would be stolen or would panic if he lost sight of his owner. The two of them had become inseparable in such a short amount of time so it made sense that she'd worry about that sort of thing as well. All she could do was stare at the direction at which he had left...
Everyone’s saying Cyberpunk 2077′s one of the most highly anticipated games of all time, but as a simmer, I’m on the edge of my freaking seat waiting for Paralives’ alpha, let alone the beta & full release. It looks utterly amazing so far.
I agree with Pleasant Simmer, as I prioritize super-deep gameplay over graphics. AAA games by EA & co have proven over & over again that pretty graphics mean EFF ALL when the engine is obsolete and the gameplay itself is effing bare bones.
This 1-3-person indie team is innovating so dang much; it’s insane. I wish them all the best as they continue developing and Paralives keeps growing.
I agree!!! Plus Paralives has shows us A LOT of improvement, even animation wise! And honestly I like it more than the Sims 4 aesthetic. Plus animations I think will be generated at that specific time you make a choice(or so I heard). Also the team really cares for what we want. They always answer our questions and they accept requests that are feasible. They also want depth in the game which shows because of how they reply to the Fan's questions. We always get to see new features and the money the patreon's paid are being put to good use and they're actually using it to improve the game and add more people to the team!
They're overall amazing and I'm anticipating so much for it!!!
Ofc I adore the sims 3 and I'll never stop playing it but I can't wait to play Paralives because of how amazing it sounds and looks and how much gameplay will be in just the base game and FREE patch updates with even more free content. I mean I just LOVE the idea of not having to pay 40$ for seasons and another 40$ for pets but for something new and never seen before, or something like supernaturals that isn't a core feature of the simulation but something on the side for extra fun.
A lot of people say that since it is an indie game it probably won't meet our expectations and that we're overhyping it. While that could be true I want to believe that it isn't due to all the times they've proved to us how much love and effort is being put into it. Plus even if it isn't 100% perfect during release I'm sure that unlike someone else *cough* EA *cough* they'll actually listen to the fans' problems with the game and do something to fix them in upcoming updates.
I'm just overall so excited, so hyped and so in love with Paralives already!

1: How old are you?
2: Where are you from? Born and raised in NYC, but I’ve also lived in Florida.
3: What do you like to do in your free time (besides playing the Sims)? Play a bunch of video games (I’m replaying Sekiro right now); watch a ton of anime; eat even more junk food.
4: Do you watch anime? If yes what’s your favorite? Speak of the devil XD I loooove anime, and cartoons in general; been watching them all my life. As for anime, my ultimate faves are Sailor Moon, and Inuyasha (I’ve been watching the new sequel Yashahime, with Sesshomaru’s twin daughters, and I like it so far! Though Inuyasha’s daughter is really stealing the show, ngl.)
5: Do you listen to Kpop? If yes, which groups do you like? I first got into Kpop years ago listening to 4Minute, but they disbanded and I fell off until K/DA and Blackpink got me back into it. I also like EXO waaaaay more than BTS, sue me.
6: What are your favorite expansion packs for the Sims 3? Supernatural is my ultimate favorite, of course – any TS3 simmer who likes fantasy is doing themselves a massive disservice not getting the SN EP, as it includes Witches, Faerie, Werewolves, Vampires, Zombies, Toadsims, Tragic Clowns, the list goes on. 👍 After SN, my other faves are World Adventures, and Into the Future.
7: Where do you get skins for Asian people? The top 3 skins I use are Lemonleaf’s A1.5, Ephemera’’s Fresh Asia (Buckley added more color ramps), and Lady Frontbum’s Asian Faces skin.
8: Do you have any tutorials on how to create poses?
I wish I had the patience to learn to make poses/animations, especially since there are so many fanciful/historical/cultural ones I really want that I’ve yet to see anyone make. Ah well. But yes, I make other CC-making tutorials.
9: What’s your favorite sim you’ve made? For the girls it’s my avatar sim, Sakura Rain, my Japanese cherry-tree Unseelie faery plantsim-witch hybrid from the future. For the guys my fave is Nasir ibn Hema, my smol hissing Syrian cinnamon roll from my Nagron/Spartacus gameplay.
10: Have you ever considered playing medieval (not the Sims Medieval but the Sims 3 in a medieval world, a medieval setting and medieval CC)? Sometimes. 😂🏰⚔️🐴🛡️🐉🐲🧙😅

Okay end of today's spam BUT here's my very own Praaven custom bakery.
Unfortunately I had to use some of the store items to make it functional so it doesn't look as medieval as it should. I should also use different wood to make it look older. Well I'm satisfied with it for now so no biggie!
The Praaven bakery is best known for it's deliciously indulgent bread but it's innovative pie recipes have recently taken the kingdom by storm! And it's all thanks to Reina, who has put a little touch of her own skill in the recipe. By this we mean taste enhancing potions, but you didn't hear that from me! She's really glad she's been able to find herself some extra ways to make a few coins
Praaven Grocery store! I think it looks great!
The Praaven store sells items produced from within the kingdom. Unlike the Market in the square that bring merchandise and products from foreign lands. More conservative villagers shop from this store whereas the newer generations love to buy goods from the neighboring kingdoms. That isn't necessarily a bad thing as it indicates that relationships between the kingdoms are good but it doesn't help the economy of their own kingdom.

The Square market brings goods from neighboring kingdoms and foreign lands. That being said Reina loves to buy herself goods from the Vampire Kingdom she grew up in (her parents were merchants themselves there). It is truly nostalgic and she can't help but visit it often
Just Reina working diligently on her garden and taking care of both her farm animals and pets. Also her cat just loves playing with the puppy! I thought it was adorable!
I'm currently working on the castle of Praaven. The way it was built is great and all but it doesn't suit what I had in mind so I'm rebuilding it and ofc decorating it! I'll upload about it when I'm done!

Hmm. I've played so many families in the past but honestly the ones that stick out to me are my two protagonists of the two stories I've been posting about.
I suppose it is because I've created two ideal characters in my head that I relate to in some way and I also share their views in life. The reason why I started posting my games on tumblr and reddit are these two girls! I spent a long time creating them and their story, creating the perfect Sims, lots etc to suit their story, style etc more than ever before so I suppose that they've been my favorites even before creating them!
When it comes to Amarillis I really love the fact that she is passionate(1). She has a very kind heart and she has kept all of her innocence in life(2). She looks at the world with the eyes of a child, everything is full of hope, potential and purpose(3). She is also very determined and never wants to give up(4). One minus side she has though, which I adore due to how much I can relate, is the fact that she always seeks validation from her mother. Everyone could be telling her she's amazing, right etc but she always looks at what her mother will think. But even if her mother has opposing views she still fights for her dreams(5). She's a very strong person that I really admire.
Reina on the other hand isn't so innocent. She too has a strong will(1) but she's more absolute. (2)She doesn't take sh*t from anyone and is willing to fight to protect both herself and others. (3)She's also mature, contrary to her past self due to lack of experience and due to herself rejecting her parents' teachings in the past, but after the tragic event in her life she suddenly realizes that she needs to grow up. (4) I also adore about how much she loves nature and animals. She, like I'll post in a later update, has adopted a stray cat and puppy that were around. She takes such good care of them and they also adore her. She's also so sweet that she even talks to her plants to show them how much she cares. (5) Speaking of animals, that reminds me of how resourceful she is. She's able to use anything that comes her way to her advantage. For example she found a horse that seemed to like her, right? Aside from the fact that she loves animals, she thought it'd be helpful to have one to move around faster. Even with the cat and puppy she is trying her best to train them to hunt items for her elixirs. She is overall very intelligent. I feel like she's very admirable because she isn't perfect in any way. She lacks skills and talents and she knows it. But she actually is okay with it because the only way for her is UP from now.

It's dawn the next day and Reina has started getting straight to work. First, taking care of the chickens and bee's keep. They're gonna be useful for producing items necessary for her elixirs...and food. She then decided to start her own garden since herbs and plants are needed for witchcraft and survival. Her beloved horse keeps rolling on the ground and acting silly, making Reina feel happy and entertained.
Our protagonist, Reina Richman is a witch that was washed out the shores of Praaven due to an accident that sank her and her parents' boat when escaping from the Vampire Kingdom in which Reina's parents were merchants of elixirs, potions, medicine and magical herbs, charms, crystals etc. Sadly she got separated from her parents. After walking around the woods for a little she found a wild horse that seemed to be interested in her. It followed her around and asked for attention so she decided to adopt him since he'd be useful for walking/riding around until she found civilization, which she eventually did. The town center was so close yet so far away. She gathered strength and moved forward
It was dusk by the time she made it to the center but it was worth it as she managed to get herself food(as a witch she had learned a money making spell but unfortunately due to her low skill in magic she could only manifest a few coins. Thankfully they were just enough for her to feed her horse). She then asked around some villagers about where she could find a place to live. Obviously she couldn't stay in the woods as it was too dangerous. She wouldn't be able to protect herself because like previously mentioned, she has a low magic skill.
Little did she know that the person she asked help from was the heiress of the throne. Apparently the Royal family had come to the market to monitor the preparations for the celebration of the heiresses' child's birthday. The Heiress found Reina adorable and sweet, through her magic she found out she had a kind heart so she decided not to punish her for her informality since she wasn't informed about who she was talking to. She guided her to the head of housing and so she was proposed to live in a small cottage close to the fields. The cottage had recently been emptied due to the death of the person previously living there but his animals and belongings hadn't been removed as of yet. "I don't know whether I'm lucky or unlucky anymore" Reina thought, replaying all of that days events in her head.
And so, Reina travelled to her new home. She was determined to learn magic and become a successful merchant to make her parents proud and to be able to protect herself. She wanted to become the ultimate witch and alchemy master.

Welcome to Praaven. This world is a Custom World with a medieval theme. I have downloaded the reworked version. I don't know the world's lore yet, but to fit MY story I created a new one. Potterheads are going to love it as I was inspired by the Hogwarts houses for it.
Praaven was the name of the founder of this kingdom. King Praaven Gryffindor. He was a mage/wizard and had 3 other brothers(same mother but all different fathers) who were a fairy, a werewolf and a vampire. Their last names, after their fathers were: Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Upon their mother's death(who was Queen of the kingdom, which was not praaven as Praaven is only part of the original) they decided to split it between them. Thankfully, it worked well and each kingdom got their name after the father of each child. The Gryffindor Kingdom, Praaven, is house to both humans and only witches and wizards as supernaturals. That is what makes it the strongest kingdom as upon the supernaturals the witches are the most powerful defendants. Ravenclaw is the kingdom of humans and fairies. Fairies are peaceful creatures that are wiser than the rest of the supernaturals. They are respected by all other kinds as they communicate with the earth, provide solutions to every problem and use their magic to bring balance in enigmatic and creative ways. Hufflepuff is the kingdom of humans and werewolves. Werewolves are the best hunters, seekers and detectives. Their heart is made of gold and they act nice to everyone that they come across. Last but not least, the kingdom of Slytherin is the land of Vampires and humans. Vampires are the best assassins, liars and they are much sneakier.
All these kingdoms are loyal to each other. Each of them has a royal family, with the king and queen either being human, or supernatural, or both. To protect the king and queen the founders had created magical spells that can save them from all sorts of supernatural attacks, in case the throne was desired by other individuals. While the spell also protects the rest of the royal family, it can't guarantee success like it can for the core of the kingdom, the king and queen.
Unfortunately the spell only protects against the supernatural, so humans or any gesture that isn't related or caused by a supernatural can't be stopped by it. This is something humans, from kingdoms that have eliminated the supernatural use as a threat to force marriages between the kingdoms, in order for the human royal to earn more power as a king and queen function as one and share their power. Humans hate supernaturals due to them taking advantage of mere humans, threatening them and using them for awful reasons. That is why humans are trying to wipe out the Supernatural Royals. Forcing the marriages not only makes them stronger but radically decreases the chance of the birthing of a new royal supernatural, meaning the loss of supernatural royals,meaning the kingdom would fall into the hands of humans only. The pursue of this is mainly because the aforementioned spell can only be altered when both the king and queen of the kingdom are humans. This would mean that if only humans are bred out from royal families the spell would be used to protect all humans against the supernatural, making it easy for the humans to wipe them out.
Gryffindor, is the most powerful of the four main kingdoms in our story due to its high defence, the witches. Unfortunately,a few years ago, a human kingdom attacked Gryffindor sneakily and burned down a big section of the houses in the town center. Henry Gryffindor(the current king), not wanting to resort to war, accepted to marry his Heiress, Princess Celestia Gryffindor to the prince of Kahoo, a human kingdom. That would mean that Celestia would now become the queen of the human kingdom and not her own as the heiresses can only become queens in the kingdom they are married to unless they choose their spouse themselves. This leaves Apollo, the next heir to become a target of multiple other human kingdoms, but also Slytherin and Hufflepuff since they are trying to not only protect Gryffindor but their own kingdoms from having to accept a non-supernatural into their family like Gryffindor had to. Ravenclaw, as all kingdoms in that area know, doesn't get the princes and princesses to marry unless something were to happen to the king and queen of it, so no one bothers with marrying themselves into the fairy kingdom. In addition to that, their earth powers are far too challenging for supernaturals and deadly to humans, so no one would dare threaten them or pick up fights with them.
The royal families of Hufflepuff and Slytherin have temporarily moved in to two mansions in Gryffindor, as King Henry Gryffindor has accepted their offers and is willing to let the son make the decision. Since Apollo actually wants to find true love, they'll have to stay there for a while.
This was Praaven's Lore, with Apollo our main character and the pictures are a few screenshots I captured while manifesting the storyline of our other Main Character, Reina.

My Sims Legacy! Part 15
That same day, after Amelie went to get her flu shot, Angelo had other plans. He cancelled work that day as he deemed his plans more important than making a living.
He went downstairs, lit a cigarette and started thinking about what a satisfactory night it had been for him, having Amelie be so vulnerable and finally getting down to her pants.
His plans for the day were none other than to visit the Fall Festival.
Suddenly his phone rang, it was the person he had arranged to go to the festival with. The person told him that they couldn't make it in the morning, so they had to push the outing to late afternoon. Angelo accepted, but once they got off the phone he banged his hand on the wall, thinking that cancelling work for the day was in vain.
Later that day the time finally came for Angelo to visit the Fall Festival. He went there a bit early to check it out and check out who was there as well. Soon Angelo's person of interest arrived.
You guys guessed it, he was about to have a date with another woman. He didn't really remember what her name was not her age but she seemed to be quite older than him.
Their fun at the festival started off by cute romantic interactions to full-blown make out sessions.
What Angelo had no idea about was the fact that Amelie was also there, performing for tips somewhere near. It made sense right? The festival is always full of people that want to play around and have fun, so it was the perfect opportunity to gather some attention to herself.
Amelie paused for a minute to take some rest. She heard a familiar voice behind her put couldn't understand if she actually know the person or not.
When she turned around to make sure, she saw none other than Angelo, the man she had suddenly trusted so much, betraying her right in front of her eyes. As if her situation wasn't awful enough already. She angrily walked up towards him as she yelled out his name. He turned around and felt shocked. How could he have overlooked this tiny detail? That Amelie would probably be attracted to the crowd to earn some money?
He was deemed speechless
Amelie started screaming in the middle of the park, accusing him of cheating and exclaiming her disappointment and the feeling of deceit.
When she asked him "Why?" All he said was that he thought she was attractive and that it was interesting to have a relationship with a possible singer. Amelie asked him if he ever cared about her and what she was going through. He replied bluntly, saying that no, he didn't. And he just did all those nice things for her so that she would end up in the sheets with her.
Amelie couldn't hear anymore. She felt even worse than before. It felt like her life was falling apart. Her relationship with her mother, her career, her already pathetic social life and now she had a traumatic first relationship.
She felt like she had been doing everything wrong. So on her way home, she thought about giving up. The bakery was a stable job, with a regular pay. Her relationship with her mother would finally be good and she wouldn't have the burden of talking care and putting her heart on the line for someone who isn't family.
