Stony Loves Steve 2025

Hello, Everyone! Stony Loves Steve is back for another year!

We’re back again to celebrate Steve’s birthday, July 4th, with Stony Loves Steve! This is a Steve/Tony gift exchange where participants create and receive Steve-centric fanworks.

There are plenty of wonderful creations based on Tony, and that’s awesome!. For this exchange, however, we’re choosing to focus on Steve. We hope to see more works exploring him and his side of his relationship with Tony across the Marvel multiverse, whether that relationship is slash or friendship.

Sign-ups will open on April 13th and run until April 27th. Additional scheduling info here. 

An AO3 account is necessary to participate as the exchange is run through the site. If you do not already have one, please request one ASAP as it may take some time for AO3 to send your invitation. You can do that here. You can also contact us at stonylovessteve@gmail.com we may be able to provide you with an invitation.

As with last year we are allowing podfic, so don’t forget to check out our FAQ for rules and requirements!

That's right, Steve! There is a dating game we're making with you and Tony, and there is a Discord server for it. If you're interested in learning more about our multiverse Steve/Tony dating sim, you can now join our server! Everyone's welcome, whether you'd like to be part of the gamemaking process or you just want to hang out and see what's going on. 😊

If this is the first time you're hearing about us, here's a brief description about the game:

The Steve/Tony dating sim (name TBD. We’re all ears for any ideas you have) will be a free visual novel-style game that’s mostly dialogue with some simple minigames thrown in. You get to play as a Steve or Tony from one of the many universes that exist who’s thrown into a rift in reality with a bunch of other Steves and Tonys. You’ll get to decide whom to work with to invent, fight, flirt, and date your way back home.

It's been a hard day for most, if not all, of us. Fandom may be the furthest thing from people's minds considering the state of the world, but sometimes fandom can provide an escape. Here's hoping that these fills for round 55 can be a welcome distraction for you as you take care of yourself today.

After Steve rescues Tony from captivity, they must face their feelings for each other. The problem is, Tony's body is now reduced to his disembodied head. How could he ever be good enough for Steve like this?
