i’ll never get tired of reminiscing about hannibal’s achilles/patroclus reference in regards to their relationship with will. he not only correlated them in his mind, akin to how someone would draw parallels between something & their object of affection, but made art of them (thinking of himself and will) and practically indirectly confessed that he’s indifferent to anyone but will in his life… drives me more insane every time i think of it though the scene has existed for years already and been spoken about a billion times

Thinking of a canon divergent AU where Alana notices that Hannibal has emptied her gun before she gets to his house so she loads it and shoots Hannibal exactly when Will in entering the house.

Let's be serious, she can't be too good at this so she just grazes his shoulder or arm or leg but nothing fatal, enough to take him down or to make him bleed.

And Will, as panicked and in shock as he is when he enters the kitchen and sees Hannibal bleeding on the floor, he is sure he is bleeding to death. And Alana is pointing her gun again towards Hannibal and she is so relieved to see Will there to help her but she is less relived when Will points his gun towards her instead.
