Advice I gave someone today was: 'do it stupid.'
She wants to learn photography. Do it stupid. Take a million photos. Don't think about why they're not good. Enjoy the process of taking photos.
Pick out tge ones you like the most and figure out why you like them. Is it because the subject is centered? Is it because you caught them doing something cool? Is it because the light made cool shadows?
Do it stupid. If you try to do it smart, youll get stuck. If you think too much you'll never get to doing. Do it stupid.

street food snacks between missions
Imagine being the street vendor and seeing Jak sometimes multiple times a day, either blowing past in a (stolen) hover, being chased by police, and otherwise causing and being followed by mayhem, and of course hearing the Barons propaganda about him
But then one day he walks up to your booth and is the most soft-spoken, actually respectful guy who just orders enough for him and Dax to get enough to eat. He gets his food and thanks you politely, pays in full plus a little extra if he can help it, and they just quietly walk away, chatting between themselves, until they find a place to sit down.
The next day they blow through the bazaar again on the run for another underground mission.
