got a great idea for nanowrimo this year. Not sure what its gonna be but it will have to do with queer space royalty. An arranged marriage between two closeted teenagers, one a nonbinary aroace princess and the other a bisexual prince who has a secret boyfriend. I’m hyped
Study Essentials
I do not work well in silence. I’m really sensitive to noise, and if there is too much disorganized noise, it will make me deeply distracted on a good day, and it will make me cry on a bad one. So I’m always listening to music while I study. Depending on how I’m feeling and what I’m studying, I might listen to the undertale soundtrack or just whatever I’ve been really into lately.
Also I freaking hate pencils. I’m okay with mechanical ones, but I will always work better with pens, so I keep a ton with me.

Hello! My name is Kai, and this my intro post that will throw me even further into the studyblr community than I already am. Currently, I only reblog while I am starting my studyblr, but I may eventually post my own content later on.
Facts About Me:
- I am a sophomore in High School.
- I live in the US.
- I am bilingual, English is not my first language, but I am very fluent in it.
- Even though I’m a native Spanish speaker, me trying to write in Spanish is a mess.
- I am currently starting to study Korean on my own time by myself.
- My main blog is @hobibun where I post mostly K-pop, J-rock, bands, anime, and much more relating to those things.

- Creative Writing Class (Yes I do write fanfictions and stories of the sort, but I never post them because I’m too shy.)

- Keyboard ( I use an old Yamaha keyboard to practice super simple songs)
- Drawing ( I use charcoal pencils sometimes, not very often and mostly 2B and 4B pencil when drawing. Using a regular leather bounded sketch book from Cachet.)
- Singing (I’d like to think I’m decent at it, it’s more of an I enjoy doing kinda thing.)

What is in your backpack?
So, I’ve actually already packed my bag for school just to make sure it all fits, so here is what is in it at the moment:
What are you excited for?
Boy, what am I not excited for?
I’m a hoe for education in general. Give me something to learn, I’m happy. This year is probably going to be my most high intensity years in high school (6 every other day classes, one everyday class, no study hall) but I’ve never been more excited for school. Over half of my classes are STEM classes (biology, chemistry, geometry/precalc, computer science/software engineering), I fracking love US history, so APUSH should be a great deal of fun (I know I’ll love it either because of or in spite of the fact that my teacher is a known republican with a bad reputation), and I always adore english, and we should be reading some awesome books. Plus, my latin teacher was just hired this year, so that’ll be interesting. I know I’m going to be incredibly busy and probably overwhelmed, but I’m READY.
Do you wanna date in high school? Awesome! Would you rather not? Great! Do you wanna have protected sex in high school? Rad! Would you rather not? Cool! Just do what makes you happy man. Don't feel obligated to do what you think you should be doing.
Good morning folks, just an update on my current situation: it is the 18th of August. School starts on the 30th, and my original plan was to finish my homework by the 20th, so I had time to do something other than stress, but that is probably not going to work out, so, instead, I'm mostly abandoning my social media, as well as a few other things, until I get it done. Hopefully that will motivate me to finish. However, I will be trying to upload everyday with the 30 day back to school challenge created by @universi-tea. So, here is day one:
What are your goals for this semester?
I'm not going to share my academic goals with you guys, only because I'm trying to do more more myself rather than for the approval of others, and in order to be totally true to that I feel like it's best that I don't share them, but I do have one sort of fun goal that I came up with. I want to study somewhere other than my house at least once a week. These with probably end up being one of the 3 libraries I frequent usually, but who knows, maybe I'll find somewhere cool to hang out.

it indeed is western/european centric, I’m sorry for that, but for other cultures I simply don’t have so many references
ALSO note that most of the pictures show historical clothing from the upper classes or more festive clothing of the lower/working class because normal working clothes wouldn’t survive for such a long time, and the clothes were often re-used over and over again!
