Shabbat Shalom and Chag Pesach Sameach
I would like to wish everyone a Chag Kasher V’sameach. May we all merit to celebrate in rebuilt Jerusalem as we say in the Seder.
As we sit down with family and friends this Pesach, our thoughts turn to those who are unable to do so, please remember them and leave an empty chair.
חג פסח כשר ושמח לכל בית ישראל באשר הם.

TORAH READING
Leviticus 6:1-8:36
Tonight I caught myself smiling in the dark—just me, a candle’s glow, and a feather searching for forgotten crumbs. There’s that moment every year when this ancient ritual transforms my everyday apartment into sacred space. I love how Passover and Shabbat converge into this perfect storm of renewal energy. Moving room to room with my little flame, I feel connected to thousands of years of people doing exactly this—using the simplest tools to reveal what’s hidden. Did you know this tradition isn’t just about cleaning? The feather gathers what no longer serves us, the wooden spoon collects it, and the fire transforms it completely. It’s literally turning our baggage into light. The oldest spiritual technology we have. Wishing you all a weekend where you notice what needs clearing in your own spaces—physical and spiritual. What could you release with tonight’s candle? What new beginnings are waiting on the other side of what you let go?
As Passover begins this Saturday (12th April), we would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Chag Pesach Sameach. To those families who are experiencing the most difficult of times, we want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are very much with you, as they have been every single day for the past eighteen months.
