Cultural Lookbook - Egyptian

There are not enough cultural items in the Sims 4. It is by far the most diverse of all the sims games, but we need way more of it! Since I’ve joined the dark side and started downloading custom content, I’ve been amazed with what players have been able to create.

This Ancient Egyptian lookbook was requested by an anon on @peebsplays page who then referred the request to me! After that, @eggysimblr volunteered to help with authenticity (as far as TS4/CC will allow) as they are an aspiring Egyptologist! Give them a follow if you like historical, magical, fantasy, and/or sci-fi gameplay!

Eggy, thank you SO much for answering my many questions…I learned a ton! For example, ancient Egyptians shaved ALL their body hair and wore wigs (except their eyebrows unless you were a woman in mourning.) If they wore shoes at all they were sandals and the Pharaoh had an official whose only job was to carry his sandals behind him.

DOWNLOAD:

You can find these sims on the gallery under Origin ID: eregister or you can download the tray files here (mediafire, no ads.) You will still need to download all the CC for your sims to look like mine.

Click here for CC links and enjoy!

Other Cultural Lookbooks:

Disclaimer: I am a white woman. If I used something culturally inappropriate/insensitive, please tell me so I can learn and grow (and update the lookbook.) I never mean to stereotype or imply these are the only types of clothing people wear.

Omg pesudo history have reached the sims 🤦‍♀️. Anicent Egyptians were majority NOT BLACK. NUBIANS on the other hand who the neighboring civilization to the south of Egypt were black. Stop taking part in distancing Egyptians today from their ancestors because that whole idea the Egyptians today are not related to Ancient Egyptians have started with white colonialism and was used to justify the theft egyptian artifacts. And unfortunately some groups like hoteps ( the group that claims all of ancient Egypt were black) have taken advantage of this long history of distancing Egyptians from their ancestors.

One thing that is driving me crazy about 139 is this panel

This panel heavily implies that her memories were erased and then she got it back later. Even tho 138 highly implied she was pulled into the paths right before she killed him and also ACKERMANS MEMORIES CANNOT BE ERASED. So which one is it Isayama ? Did Mikasa receive her memories before she killed Eren or did she see the memories long time ago and her memories were erased just like how that panel above is implying?? 😭😭😭

With this shot of Eren's markings, it confirms that he visited Mikasa too and it wasn't just her dream. My question is if they actually spent an entire (what felt like) 4 years in Paths as a sort of false reality to make up for what they wouldn't experience irl, or if it was just like a short little vision he showed her of what might have been, ya know? Dunno if that made sense. Just ramblings of a tired fan

Isayama Hajime and Kodansha have confirmed to Comic Natalie that the May issue of Bessatsu Shonen (Published April 9th) will contain the final chapter of the SnK series! This would also make tankobon volume 34 the final volume of SnK, with 138 chapters total serialized.

The manga is such a shit show right now. Eren is literally a completely different character I don’t know how can Isayama justify or explain the polarizing difference between the current Eren and the past Eren. At this point nothing can explain how Eren went from doing anything to protect Armin and Mikasa to attacking them and throwing rocks at them that literally could of killed them.
