How to Take Care of Yourself Everyday
💭 SUNDAY: Planning day. Let go all the grievances of last week and adjust to the fact that everything will turn out. Throw away or remove something that you no longer need. Make order in a small part of your house. Before going to bed, take a relaxing bath or shower.
💭 MONDAY: Do not drown in your work. Think about whether your way of life reflects your goals. During the day, turn on some positive mind vibes music such as the sound of the ocean or rain. Do only what you need to do, do not take on too much. 💭 TUESDAY: take care of yourself. Ask yourself how would your life look if you were more confident in yourself, more brave, more active. Make a list of what you like in yourself. Cook something from healthy ingredients. 💭 WEDNESDAY: do not be afraid to be more confident. Look at yourself in the mirror and think about how you look like. Stroke yourself on the head, make yourself a massage. 💭 THURSDAY: Be honest with yourself. Ask yourself if you treat yourself and others in a kind way. If you quarrel with someone, try to put yourself in the place of your opponent. Sit in silence for about three minutes and adjust to clarity. 💭 FRIDAY: Relax. Ask yourself what is really important and what is not. Release the accumulated negative emotions: scream into the pillow, tear the paper. Dance. 💭 SATURDAY: you deserve a rest. What do you deserve this week? Give yourself this: sleep enough, pat your face and body, make yourself a couple of compliments. Praise yourself for what you have done. Do things that please you.

something I’m learning (via anchorsandjesus)
When my friends ask me why I am still single
I’m not as happy as this guy right now but I will be- life can be super crazy and hard sometimes. I had an amazing weekend filled with friends, good food, and amazing adventures. I still come home at the end of the day and cry about bad grades. We have this one life- and we don’t have a chance to go back and relive it. So be thankful for the happy moments, funny face pancakes, sunsets, ice cream, movie nights, nights out with your best friends. If you were feeling blue on this late Sunday night... take this as a sign to turn that frown upside down🤗🌈

Saw this on Pinterest and it looks like fun so I'm going to to do it!!💕 Day One: The princess I adore most would have to be Belle. I think she's very independent and compassionate and I love how she stands up for herself!!
~Romans 8:18-39~
This scripture really made me think about living in the present! Our experiences on earth, whether that be bad or good do not compare to the glory that God gives us. I often forget this, and focus in on all the things I have to check off my to-do list, and how my life as a twenty something woman is supposed to be. I have to step back from my busy life and focus on the fruit of the spirit. God gives us everything we need to know in the bible, and it’s up to us to study what he says. If I’m being honest with myself...I don’t do this as much as I should. I spend a lot of time fine tuning my life to make it to that perfect 9-5 I have dreamed up for myself in my future. I need to remember who gave me my body, my mind, and my passions. It wouldn’t be at all possible without him and I need to start being more grateful!
“What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us who can be against us?”(Romans 31)
If God is on our side, that what do we have to lose? If we live a life totally connected to his grace and doing things intentionally, we can release the fears and struggles of our lives. For nothing, not even a failed test grade, or a failed relationship can stop us from living the life God painted for us.

watching the news breaks my heart. our world is so broken. we need Jesus more than ever. let’s pray for the world today.

Sometimes, we’re the only Jesus people see. Maybe our lives and who we are ought to tell the story of who He is.
Maybe our love should be a reflection of His own.
