I bit the bullet and made a "navigation" page... it sucks, but hey, c'est la vie. so yeah hi welcome to my simblr - you can call me amber or ardeney (and if you happen to know my government name, not on tumblr u don't. It's not something I've opted to share with the class and I ask that please be respected) - this is mostly a jumble of shitposting and me, a grown ass adult, being a grown ass adult.

I make cc sometimes (read: almost never) and if you wanna see my wares, you can find them here . I have a TOU, it's very open, if you wanna read it here u go I guess. that last doesn't work on mobile, but it boils down to don't be an asshole.

I used to have some BGC versions of kits up on Google Drive, but EA bootlickers got in their feelings about it and dinged me for it twice. They've since been taken off Google Drive so I don't lose my account. Any asks about the broken links will get deleted.

My friend Sarah (@trentonsimblr) and I worked on a two year long collab comprised of two stories: Safe Haven and Between A Rock And A Hard Place, along with some other related posts peppered into her main story as well as random posts from myself.

Hi friends!

While I've been at work with this week's upcoming posts, they've had to take the backseat for a bit, as I found out on Mother's Day my lovely Mom is being evicted from her home with no reasons. Despite the place being horrible and unsuitable for anyone to live, my mom hasn't had any other options since finances has been so tight for so many years.

However, with the sudden notice she has no where to go, and very little funds to find a new home that is suitable for her, so my siblings and I have put together this gofundme in the hopes that we can help ease some of her financial burdens. And honestly, I do not want to see my mother on the street because of things not in her control.

I know we all come from different backgrounds and situtations, but if any of you are able to donate, help share, or even off silent support, my brothers and I would be eternally grateful. <3

Rapper Macklemore is releasing a track called “Hind’s Hall”, speaking out on the genocide of Palestinians, and the United States complacency in this ongoing violence. Macklemore has stated that once the track drops on streaming, all proceeds from streams will be going directly to UNRWA— the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East.

The new tracks namesake Hind’s Hall echoes the honours that Columbia University encampment protestors bestowed the Morningside Heights campus’ Hamilton Hall— in memory of Hind Rajab, the 6 year old Palestinian girl in Gaza who was shot by Israeli soldiers after being trapped inside a vehicle, with her dead family. She had begged to be rescued as tanks closed in on her.

Macklemore using his platform to vehemently speak out against genocide, the Israeli occupation and United States-led violence is what every single artist should be doing right now. The power of art should not be underestimated. Macklemore started out in the Hip-Hop scene within communist circles, namely working alongside Blue Scholars, and has never neglected his Leftism through out his career: the artist has spoken on issues regarding mental health, addiction, racial profiling and police violence, Capitalism, women’s rights, LGBTQ+ rights and toxicity of American culture.
