I am so very happy to finally be publishing this!!! My huge long AU that I really hope to see through to the end. It all started with the basic idea of Eramis winding up as the leader of an alternative house light in a different timeline and went from there! I’ve been working pretty hard on this for awhile as I really want to make it a realistic and enjoyable story and do Eramis justice! I really love her as I hope is evidenced by this very self indulgent she-deserves-better AU. A huuuuge thank you to @kaonite for being my best bro and helping me with this fic, giving me encouragement and just genuinely enjoying it! First of all I am SO SORRY I kept forgetting to answer this I LITERALLY have the memory of a goldfish it's a problem.

SECOND I want so badly to say yes because two big mean alien pirate MILFS with sexual tension is the most amazing thing I have ever heard in my life.

BUT ALLLSOOO if you sit me down and I have to say how I actually super seriously see Eramis, to me her interest in romance is in the negatives for most of her time after the whirlwind.

I USED to say that the loss of Athrys and their hatchlings was so incredibly traumatic and she is still dedicated to them despite their loss...and is just starting to consider letting others that close and maybe having a family again during beyond light with her lieutenants, at least the ones she is closest to. That is before we....you know.

But now....well. With...mounting evidence I guess my thoughts haven't CHANGED about Eramis and romance but it's because her wife has just been...there the whole time. At least physically.

I know that's confusing I'll explain more in my Athrys post that I SWEAR I AM WORKING ON ITS JUST LONG AND MY PRODUCTIVITY IS HORRIBLE.

BUT ANYWAY!! Do you know what rivalry I think Eramis and Inaaks did have?? Bitch rivalry. They were constantly trying to prove THEY were the bigger badder uber bitch of the universe. Every time they were in a room together they were trying to irradiate each other with pure cunt energy.

Eramis will always be the superior one though because she is a good parent and Inaaks won "worlds worst mom" three hundred years in a row.

Now that we've seen the swordfight and her straight up spider jumping onto her Ketch we know for sure it looks basically like any other without special marks so it certainly could be! She hadn't been broken out for very long before we arrived. I want to see more ketches!!! Some of them like spiders don't seem that big but then there are others that have flown overhead that are FUCKING HUGE. I just think they're neat ::3

also if there is ever anything you want to rewatch but can't replay destiny lore vault is my favorite youtube channel for that kind of thing.
