I’ve spoken in the past about how important it is to be true and honest with yourself. I have spoken with my fans about the importance of taking care of yourself. I am so lucky to get to be creative in my life and work on a variety of projects. But it is very important to make time for yourself, listen to yourself and be kind to yourself.
