Hey :) I'm currently updating my masterpost for Destiel (friendly) challenges and I just wanted to check if and when there will be a new Destiel Reverse Bang - do you already know?
Hey there! Sorry for the late reply. We haven't picked a set date yet, but our challenge normally happens in the spring. More info to be released sometime in November and early December! Thank you for the recommendation ❤️

We're always looking for ways to improve the challenge, so if you have time, please take this short survey and tell us what you think. This is an opportunity for the participants to reflect on their experiences, positive and negative, and provide any criticism/suggestions they may have.

As the last few entries are being submitted, we just want to take a moment to thank the artists, first and foremost, for creating such wonderful art. This challenge would not have happened without you guys!
We also want to thank the writers for generating the inspiration needed to create the variety of stories based on the art made. The SPN fandom is filled with so many talented and creative people, and we appreciate the time and effort everyone took to make this challenge happen.
We will be making a Master Post and will be posting it between June 1st - June 8th. If you haven’t done so already, please add your work to our Destiel Reverse Bang 2017 Collection! The Mods have been adding fics to the collection, but it’s possible we might have missed a few, so make sure to go check it out, and if you don’t see your fic in the collection make sure to add it.
We’ve also had some questions concerning changes that will be made next year for the Destiel Reverse Bang 2018 challenge and we will be making more announcements on that around November. One thing we can tell you is that we will definitely be changing platforms next year, so we won’t be using LiveJournal for the Destiel Reverse Bang 2018 challenge anymore. A more in-depth explanation will come, so make sure you’re following our social media!

Growing up in a small town in Kansas, Dean learned from a young age that there was only one rule that couldn’t be broken, one place he couldn’t go - through the forest, to the long-abandoned Angel’s Hollow. But when Sam disappears, Dean’s left with no choice but to follow his brother’s tracks through the dangers of the wood; little does he know that the most dangerous creature of all lurks not among the trees, but in the Hollow itself. Dean sets Sam free, at the cost of his own liberty - and, bound by magic, resigns himself to living out the rest of his days in the Hollow, at the mercy of the being within. The angel of Angel’s Hollow, however, has a story - is a prisoner, too, as much as Dean is. Only one thing can free them both - but it is impossible. For, after all: who could ever learn to love a beast?

Summary: When the handprint Cas left on his shoulder flares back to life, Dean knows something is wrong. Moving Heaven and Hell, he’s able to find his best friend – imprisoned and covered in writing. Every meaningful word ever spoken between them is etched into Cas’ skin, fading slowly, one line at a time. A battle against time begins because once the last line vanishes Castiel’s memories will be gone with it. Not only of Dean, but of everything he has ever learned from him about humanity, love, and free will.
