grief is so all consuming and hopeless it is so hard to see any light at the end of the tunnel . but there are flowers in the cracks and i will always stop to look at them

being depressed but also being so acutely aware that your depression affects the people around you is so tough to navigate like how am i supposed to live when all i want to do is cry and talk about how i want to cry but it comes at the expense of other people. what do u do
