Bitch, it's not fucking new. It's literally how he looks from Symphony of the Night. That game he is most popular from because the character design we know him for is from that game and it's all thanks to Ayami Kojima's art. Learn the fandom's history before you speak like a dumb ass.
If you want to talk about "new" Alucard design, then it must be Genya Arikado from Grimoire of Souls (which should have stayed with us and played on consoles). You people will never survive black-haired Alucard that looks like his father. He is beautiful either way.
