Would you still be willing to write the sequel of the Time Traveler’s Boyfriend showcasing future Katsuki’s POV? I just finished the fanfic on Ao3 today and I was left literally going through all of the emotions; sobbing, laughing, giddily smiling and everything in between. I would love to read more of Bakugo and Reader’s beautiful and heartwarming future relationship. After all, they both deserve happiness after everything they’ve been through. 🥹

I’m glad you enjoyed it. The whole process was a rollercoaster for me and one of my biggest worries was I was going to mess up all the different emotions and how they effected the story and characters. So the fact you felt all that makes me stupidly happy because it means I didn’t mess up. So, thank you for sharing that.

In regards to a follow up I am more then willing, in fact I have an outline done and everything. The problem I seem to having is that I am getting distracted by a bajillion other ideas and because I’ve technically already told this story once it kind of gets moved to the bottom of my list. I do want to explore it though, see how all this affects Katsuki’s and reader-chains relationship in the future because we all know it’s going to and maybe not in a good way to start with.

Maybe one day I’ll finish it but till then here’s a little something something just for you.

Katsuki clenched his jaw, his patience quickly disappearing as Izuku carried to prattle on about everything other then what he had asked him. “Shut it nerd,” Katsuki finally snapped, the line going silent instantly. “Erm sorry Kacc…” Katsuki’s quick to cut Izuku off before he can start rambling again. “Just, is Y/N still there or not?” Silence is the only answer he gets, the damned nothingness stretching on a beat to long to be comfortable and that feeling of dread ye had been feeling since the fight yesterday cam back tenfold, making his stomach twist painfully. “She left hours ago,” Izuku finally said and Katsuki swears his heart stopped. Just for a second.

“Kacchan, what’s wrong? Do you need me to put an alert out?” Katsuki barely hears Izuku on the other end of the line, the faint sound of papers shuffling and an office door being thrown open. His mind is already elsewhere, eyes darting around the apartment for any signs of a struggle. There’s nothing though, everything where it had been that morning when he had left for the agency. The only thing out of the ordinary had been that the apartment door had been unlocked, the security alarm disabled using your code. You had been there, had to of been but then it was like you had disappeared in the blink of eye. Gone before you could even take those stupid Ground Zero high tops off that you were so opposed with.

Something clicks in Katsuki’s head then, remembering what you had been wearing when he had last seen you. Leaning against his office door you had looked so sure of yourself, practically a walking advert for him with one of his tank tops from his hero uniform and those stupid Ground Zero high tops, the black jeans doing nothing to break up the hero merch heavy outfit. He should have realised then what was about to happen but he had seen you in that same outfit so many times over the last year that he had grown careless, not forgetting what was coming but forgetting what signs he was supposed to be looking out for. How could he have been so stupid? Of course it would be now, when he was at his happiest, that everything would go to shit.

As if in cue there came a loud pop from behind him, like a bubble being burst. Katsuki swallowed the lump that had formed in his throat, his grip tightening momentarily on his phone. “Gotta go,” Katsuki mumbled, hanging up on Izuku’s worried demands to know what was happening. He let the phone fall forgotten to the couch, his eyes fixed on the dark screen of the television in front of him. Katsuki could just about make you out, stood in the middle of the living room and your hands pressed over your mouth. Exactly as you had been the first time you had left him, confused and alone in his apartment and thinking he was going crazy. He wasn’t ready for this, didn’t think he ever would be because now that it had he knew he was on a timer, the clock counting down till he would be left bloody and clutching desperately at your dying body.

Katsuki screwed his eyes shut, turning his head to the side and trying push back the images that flooded his mind. The ones that still kept him up at night sometimes and left him clutching at you like you would disappear if he let go. Katsuki sucked in a deep breath, letting it out slowly in an attempt to keep his mounting panic at bay. He had known this day would come, had spent hours with his therapist and Eijiro going over how best to handle it but talking hadn’t really prepared him for the reality of it. You had barely given anything away before, making sure to keep information about now as scarce as possible. He had no clue what he had told you but clearly it hadn’t been everything, the version of him who had already been through this keeping things to himself for reasons Katsuki didn’t know. Had it been for your safety? For his? Maybe it had just been because he hadn’t done it before so he had done the same. What if he did tell you everything, what would happen then? Maybe if he was honest with you from the start then past him wouldn’t have to go through thinking you had died in his arms. Maybe then Katsuki wouldn’t be haunted by it every time he hears you had been hurt.

“Katsuki.” He flinched at the small and confused call of his name, his eyes squeezing closed even tighter. He doesn’t want to do this but he knows he has to, that it’s his responsibility as the one who had already been through this to explain things and answer the questions you would undoubtedly have. Straightening his back and squaring his shoulders Katsuki took one last deep breath, reminding himself that he had already done this once before so he could damned we’ll do it again. Finally, feeling some semblance of capable, Katsuki turned to look at you and regretted the moment he laid eyes on you.

Pairings: Bakugou Katsuki x Todoroki Shoto

Warnings: odd swear word ~ heavily implied sex ~ established relationship

Inspired by this

Shoto smoothed out the crease in his shirt as he turned slightly, getting a better look at himself in the full length mirror. It wasn’t his normal choice of outfit but Katsuki had insisted that he needed something more appropriate for meeting his parents than his normal leggings and an oversized sweatshirt. So for tonight Shoto was in a charcoal grey role neck that he had tucked into loose fitting black slacks, a pair of smart black shoes poking out from the hem and a matching belt keeping his trousers pulled in at the waist. The muted colours made the red and white of his hair stand out more, made his blue eye pop according to Katsuki and though he would much rather be in his usual comfortable cloths Shoto could admit that he looked rather good if not a little unusual.

Sighing Shoto decided he looked as good as he was going to and that he probably couldn’t put off the inevitable any longer. With one final look in the mirror and a final tweak of his hair Shoto turned and headed for the door, pulling it closed behind him as he slipped out into the living room. His shoes clipped against the wood as he made his way across the living room and towards the kitchen, intent on getting himself a glass of water in the hopes to calm his nerves about meeting Katsuki’s parents. He glanced up briefly as he went, his eyes instantly going to Katsuki who was sprawled across the sofa, eyes firmly fixed on his phone as his thumbs moved rapidly across the screen.

He looked good but that wasn’t anything new. Katsuki always looked good. His button up shirt was a deep red, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and the top couple of buttons left open to show off his collar bone and the two silver chains that hung around his neck. Katsuki wasn’t normally one for jewellery but tonight he had seemed to disregard that and gone all out, his fingers ladened with silver rings and a series of silver and leather bracelets on his wrist. Paired with his black nail varnish, eyeliner and smart black slacks he looked liked he had just stepped out of the pages of one of his parents fashion magazines. The only thing that was missing were a few earrings but Katsuki had been adamant about not getting them when Shoto had brought it up. Something about getting in the way when he was on duty and Shoto had been forced to shelve that particular idea. At least for a little while anyway.

Sighing Shoto turned back to the kitchen, busying himself with getting his glass of water. It wasn’t that he was nervous about meeting Katsuki’s parents, more like he was nervous about them meeting him. Shoto’s lack of social skills were well documented and though he knew this was an important step in his and Katsuki’s relationship he didn’t really feel the normal panic and nervousness that everyone else seemed to in this kind of situation. Shoto was, well he was Shoto and nothing was going to change that and that meant he was approaching this with the same aloof detachment he often felt when meeting new people. They would like him or they wouldn’t. Simple as that and he didn’t think their opinion would change how Katsuki felt about him.

Warnings: memory loss ~ a couple of swear words ~ sad Bakugou ~ vague reference to sex ~ aged up characters

You and Katsuki had been together for just over a year when he gets the call.

They tell him it had been a quirk accident, a villain losing control when faced with capture. You had been on your way back to your agency, your shift long since over and already running late to meet Katsuki when you had come across a bank robbery in progress. It hadn’t mattered that you should have been back home an hour ago, or that you had plans with the blonde. You were still in uniform, a hero through and through, so you had gone after the robbers, confident that you would succeed and be on your way again quickly.

You had always been a little overconfident though, so sure of yourself and the other heroes you surrounded yourself with. It’s one of the reason Katsuki had even spoken to you in the first place, annoyed when you had shrugged off your teams concerns when discussing a raid on a drug smugglers base of operations. It had pissed him off enough that Katsuki had stayed behind to yell at you, convince you would be a reckless liability. You had proven him wrong though, your confidence well earned and resulting in a dozen criminals in custody. He had been impressed though still angry about your blatant disregard for your own safety, but it wasn’t like you were the first hero like that and he doubted you would be the last.

Well, memory loss it is then.

Pairing: Bakugou Katsuki x fem!reader

Summary: Katsuki's been jealous of yours and the half 'n' half's relationship since the get go but seeing the two of you out together like it's some sort of date finally pushes him over the edge, his temper finally getting the better of him. It probably wasn't his best idea to show up at your place, screaming blue bloody murder and trying to break your door down, just like it wasn't a good idea to threaten your nosy next door neighbour but Katsuki was desperate, already falling apart before he had even seen that murderous look in your eyes. He couldn't lose you, not to that two tone bastard.

A/N at bottom of post

Katsuki’s fist collided with the door with two loud bangs in quick succession causing it to rattle in its frame. He was probably using too much force, his anger getting the better of him, but he couldn’t help it. He was pissed off and he had never been good at keeping his anger in check at the best of times.

When he had decided to come over Katsuki had had every intention of apologising to you, of making things right because he knew he had been wrong to act the way he had. He had even managed to calm down to go get you flowers, scrutinising ever bunch or roses and tulips until he found one that he deemed good enough to give you. He had it all planned out, how he was going to hand them over with an apology that didn’t sound half asked and an explanation to his outburst. It would have been perfect, would have had you smiling and inviting him in with that coy look in your eyes, but Katsuki had made the mistake of looking at his phone, originally wanting to check the time but instead being greeted with his news feed and the latest gossip headline.

The photos of you and Todoroki had been everywhere, appearing quickly amongst the trashy gossip sites and fan run blogs. Each and every one of them saying the same thing, unknowing of what it was doing to Katsuki. He had just stood there on the street, rooted to the spot and staring down at your bright smile and amused eyes that were completely focused on the other man. Katsuki knew the restaurant you were in, had been saving up for months to be able to take you for your birthday but just like always that bloody half ‘n’ half bastard had gotten there first, proving once more that Katsuki just wasn’t enough when it came to you.

A continuation of this.

The next time you meet Dynamite it’s actually planned and somehow that feels a thousand times worse than the random encounters from before.

It’s been a couple of months since the last time you had seen him, your little fluff piece having done well enough that it had landed you with a couple more lighthearted assignments that had been a welcome break from all the serious doom and gloom you tended to get lumbered with. Not that you didn’t like the serious stuff, just, it got a little monotonous when that’s all you ever dealt with.

In the few months since seeing him you had managed to convince yourself that all you felt for the man was a childish crush, the whole mysterious enigma thing he had going on making you fixate on him more than you would any other man who had caught your eye over the years. After all, you were a journalist and unpicking mysteries, and half-truths was one of your favourite things to do and the hero was definitely a mystery but that’s all it was. The thrill of unravelling a new and admittedly handsome mystery. Dynamite was a private person to the extent that no one really knew anything about him outside of his hero work and you were just dying to be the first one to unravel all his secrets. That’s all. Definitely not a full-blown attraction to the man that just got worse the more time you spent with him.

So, you got on with your life, pushing the explosive blonde to the back of your mind as best as you could considering he was all over the news and instead channelled all your attention and effort into your work. For the most part it worked, that was until an assignment landed on your desk that threatened to undo all your hard work.

Pairing: pro hero Bakugou Katsuki x gender neutral reader

Warnings: a hand full of swear words and the briefest most non-descriptive mention of sex having happened at some point

A/N: happy white day, here have some more fluffy goodness 😘

This was turning into a nightmare.

Not the moving in together. No that had gone as perfectly as it could and true to his work Katsuki had been in before the end of the week, his stuff easily fitting in with yours. He had already been practically living at yours any way so it hadn’t been that big a deal, the two of you already used to sharing the same space. Sure there had been a few teething issues but that was to be expected. You were spending more time together than you had been, now not just working in the same agency but living together as well and there were bound to be a few personality quirks that neither of you had known about the other until you were actually living together. They weren’t deal breakers but they were annoying and compromises had to be made so you didn’t start screaming at one another.

It didn’t help that for the first couple of weeks your schedules didn’t quite match up, resulting in a miscommunication that led to your first big argument. You were both stubborn to a fault and those first couple of days afterwards had been full of a tense silence that neither of you had known how to fix. It had taken dunce face of all people to work out what exactly had gone wrong and point it out to the both of you, leading to a very awkward apology from the both of you and a promise to communicate better. Since then things had been fine, great even and the two of you were back to normal, Katsuki smugly rubbing his relationship in the faces of his single friends.

No, the problem Katsuki had was that he needed to come up with some gesture for white day that was equal if not better than you asking him to move in with you on Valentine’s Day and he had nothing.

A/N: happy mandatory declaration of love day, here have some fluffy goodness just to show how much I care about you 😘

Katsuki is naturally suspicious of the box that’s been left on his desk.

It’s small, the box a dark green, so dark in fact that it’s borderline black and wrapped in a burnt orange ribbon that had been neatly tied into a bow. There’s no name, no card attached to say who it’s for but it’s got to be for him. It’s on his desk and in his hero colours so who else would it be for. What he can’t figure out is who would be stupid enough to even attempt to confess to him.

He’s not exactly been quiet about his dislike for the overly romanticised holiday, even going as far as blowing up the heart themed decorations the office manager had tried to put on his desk. It was a well known fact that Katsuki didn’t go in for all that romantic crap at the best of times so why someone would think that he would be into the whole Valentine’s Day, declaring who you like with chocolates was beyond him. Especially considering they hadn’t even stuck around for Katsuki to tell them where they could shove it. Now he was actively going to have to go look for this person so he could turn them down unless they think his silence is some form of acceptance.

“I see someone’s got an admirer.” Katsuki flicked his eyes up at the familiar voice, watching as you perched against the edge of his desk and clearly amused by the situation Katsuki found himself in. He was glad someone was finding the funny side of things because Katsuki most definitely wasn’t. Grunting he turned his attention back to the box, glaring at it like that would get it to reveal its secrets. “Oh come on, don’t be like that. It’s just a bit of fun and I know you’re not against having a little bit of fun, Kats.” Your slightly suggestive tone had him glancing up at you again, just in time to catch you winking at him. He hated that he could feel himself blush at your teasing reminder of what the two of you had been doing just that morning.
