mrs hudson knows sherlock is gay that’s why she went straight to assume he was with john and made the bedroom comment

mycroft knows sherlock is gay that’s why he said to John about expecting a happy announcement at the end of the week

angelo knows sherlock is gay that’s why he assumed john was sherlock’s date

everyone who knew sherlock in the past made gay insinuations because they know he is gay and then sherlock says that girlfriends aren’t his area and he knows having a boyfriend is okay but he doesn’t have one. This is literally just in the first half of the first episode

The whole hug scene without Mary

So I was rewatching TLD a few days ago and I remembered I always wanted to see that scene without Mary having it constantly interrupt so I re-edited it (I had to leave some small bits with her but there’s no dialogue), to see how it actually looked like, supposing John doesn’t have schizophrenia and, you know, it’s just two people talking. (Or how Sherlock might have seen it).

The thing I love about John is that like…he’s so much more dangerous than Sherlock but everyone else was trying to warn him away like “that guy gets off on crime and you seem like a nice bloke, watch yourself.” They’re all scared for him like “one day we’ll be standing around a body and sherlock will be the one who put it there” and that very night they’re all standing around the cabbie’s body and John put it there. 

This is unsettling, I love it
