Actually, this doesn’t go far enough. That script provided has… problems; in particular, to a kid who’s already been sexually abused and conditioned, it may look more like a “can’t get caught” disclaimer than an actual shutdown. I would suggest something more along the lines of  “I’m sorry, but this makes me very uncomfortable - you are a child and I am an adult; it’s not healthy for us to engage in this way.” This makes it clear that it’s not just that rules prevent it, but that you do not want it and that it is unhealthy.
