dating simulator where it starts normal but it slowly becomes clear that all of the romanceable characters are attempting to cover up an extremely specific murder they committed a year ago before you arrived

Having trouble?

Are you having trouble figuring out if your asexual, Aromantic or both? Here are some signs to look for!

(You don’t have to have all or any of these signs to be ace, aro or aroace, these are just some hints to help, hell you don’t have to relate to any! Your always valid!)

Asexual

  • You may have little to no interest in sex or intimacy
  • You may find others attractive but not be attracted to them
  • You might enjoy platonic to slightly less platonic (kissing or more) but not want to go further
  • You may not being intrested in the whole “sexy” thing

Aromantic

  • You may not find the idea of romantic relationships appealing to you
  • You may have trouble relating to or understanding media and more about love.
  • You might have a physical attraction to people but you might not develop a crush on them
  • You may also present as not understanding why people behave they way they do when “in love” (This was a big on for me)
  • You might not find any or most romantic plots in books/movies/media interesting or needed (another big one for me)

collection of useful things tumblr has taught me:

even if you can't fall asleep, laying down with your eyes closed will still rest your body

you don't have to brush your teeth standing up

you don't have to do any chore standing up, from dishes to showering

you don't have to shower with the lights on

if you can't brush your teeth, flossing and a tongue scraper gets rid of plaque and bad breath

if you can't do that, mouthwash kills a lot of bacteria

eating "unhealthy" food is better than eating no food

you can make the same meal everyday for however long you still want it

some pills come in syrups or chewables if you can't swallow them

kids nutritional shakes can be a quick way to get fuel if you can't eat/don't have time

if walking hurts/exhausts you on a regular basis, canes and rollers are for you, no matter how young you are

we have free will—if doing something "out of the ordinary" makes life easier for you, do it

“supernatural has no influence outside of small parts of tumblr” ok. have you ever heard or used the word mansplain.

O. M. Fucking. God???? This is true????

Merriam-Webster in its explanation of the term also mentions that “know your meme” contributes the fist usage of the word to a LiveJournal user.

While the idea behind mansplaining is believed to have originated from an op-ed written in the LA Times on April 13, 2008, the first time the actual term “mansplaining” was used was by a LiveJournal user on May 21, 2008.

They used it in a comment on a post titled “Women Who Hate Dean Hating Women Hating… wait”. However when trying to search for the original post from LiveJournal to verify if it was Supernatural-related, it turns out that this post wasn’t preserved … except on supernaturalwiki, which links us to the Web Archive.

And on the Web Archive the second sentence of this post reads: “Hiatus in the Supernatural fandom officially started last Friday, and already fans are getting a little stir-crazy.”

So … the term mansplaining actually originated from the SPN fandom … because of course it does lol.

whats the old joke

if you run across something weird

if its from supernatural it's the fandom

if it's from star trek it was canon

as a knitter, you start to notice how rare it is for characters in tv shows and movies to knit correctly. from worst to best, it ranges from:

- laughably incorrect, just flinging yarn around

- knitting the most basic scarf incredibly slowly because the actor Learned How To Do It For The Role

- old lady actresses casually knitting an intricate lace pattern while doing a monologue

- gromit from wallace and gromit

1. that’s a garter stitch, which you can clearly see despite it being made of clay

2. they took the time to animate a modified continental style of knitting, including showing how his working yarn is wrapped around his pinky, and that he’s flicking with his index on his right hand

3. he only has four fingers and yet this is better than the vast majority of knitting on tv
