Today I accept my body.

I exercise in celebration of what I am able to do. I exercise towards new goals, better health, better sleep and easier life. I will not compare myself to others.

I love my body by listening to its needs. I drink water and make good, healthy food. I eat until I'm not hungry anymore, and I enjoy how good the food tastes.

I respect the space my body takes. I choose clothes that are comfortable and meet the demands of the weather. My comfort is the only requirement. I do not exist for others to judge, and I not need to be seen and validated to be happy.

I accept my body and respect it because me and my body are the same person. I will not be cut in half, I am whole.
