I’m tired of waiting for my wig from frappzilla, it’s been 5 months. A wig should never take more than a BJD in shipping and producing. I regret purchasing from them!

I’m really sorry that you felt the need to post this confession but I’m very concerned about this. I did have problems with my wait times in the past and no longer take commissions to prevent lengthy processing times in future.
However, what troubles me is that I’m much more on top of everything with very very little over 6-7 weeks wait time, which is obviously a worry!
It concerns me that perhaps your order never went through the system or something has gone wrong somewhere so please can you contact me privately so we can discuss your order?

UPDATE 08/09 Hello everyone! Fall is just around the corner and we're excited about cooler weather, which means wigs can get done faster, without the worry of glue problems and dye separation! Unfortunately we've encountered a few problems with a very large box of our components gone missing in the mail. Sadly we've lost over $400 in supplies needed to complete the current orders but luckily, Mumma Frapp is going to assist us in reordering and getting everything sent out to us again as quickly as possible on the quickest .
This only effects orders with alpaca fibre, bark, chestnut, blood, mouse as well as a few other colours we are running low on, that require yellow for mixing. We don't have a specific list of these just yet.
In the next few days we will be organising a detailed schedule and will be contacting you to give you a time estimate on how long we expect your order to take. Until then, we will be working through the rest of the list with all unaffected orders, to get everything processed nice and quickly.
For anyone who has ordered with us, we are anticipating ALL ORDERS to date, including the ones with dye issues currently, to be finished by the first week October.
Due to unforseen circumstances we are being forced to move to another apartment (landlord breakups, oops) a bigger one which is good, but since we've only just really settled here, thats a bit of a nightmare - and on Halloween! (of all days, had to be halloween didn't it?!) so orders may need to close for a period in October.
It seems a bit early to start thinking about things like christmas ordering dates but due to the move, we do ask that anyone hoping to get an order in time for Christmas, definitely get your order in before the shop closes in the middle of October.
A lot more of the animal hipster tees are coming soon too. If there is something specific you are after, please do message us and we'll see if we can reserve anything for you.
Finally, we've been getting pressure from people who expect us to ship out within a day or two of finishing their wigs. I've specified this many times in many places but we do only ship out fortnightly due to limitations with french shipping. In order to keep costs low, this is the only way for us to function. We are only two people. We don't have time to post a wig out after every single one is complete, even if we didn't have to batch ship to the UK.
If you aren't a patient person, we're not the wig shop for you. Each one is handmade, and a lot of care and time goes into every one. They are made individually for YOU. designed to YOUR specifications. They are not your average 'off the shelf' wigs that everyone else has. Please bear this in mind. . Finally, unless we are at fault, please don't ask us to issue refunds. This is a business, not a charity. Its how we pay to keep a roof over our heads and since each one is catered to the individual, it causes chaos for us. We need to eat too! If you need to change your order, that can be arranged as long as we haven't started yet, but refunds shall not be given unless there is a problem with your order, in which case, contact us and we'll work something out.

Planning on remaking the haircomb… since now I’ve got it on I’m not entirely sure about it but over all I’m so excited about how this outfit’s come together. I still need a bag, I’m thinking Baby’s Alice’s clock bag but it’ll be a matter of tracking one down x_x
I’m also super pumped about my petticoat, I ended up going for a cheapo one to do me until I can get my mitts on a classical puppet bell one (i.e. when I’ve lost some more weight now I’m back on track on that front), but even with just two layers it’s more than poofy enough for me right now. I really can’t wait to wear this out and about, I feel so damn pretty in it ; 3;

The brain is an organ. Mental illnesses are illnesses of that organ. Brain scans show that there is a physical difference between a healthy brain and a sick brain. Telling someone “You’re not really sick. It’s all in your head.” is like telling someone with asthma “It’s not real, it’s all in your lungs.” The brain is an organ that can malfunction as much as any other organ.
So..
This is completely unrelated to dolls and wigs but I just wanted to share a new development in my life as of late. Its also zilla’s life too as he’ll be joining me in this life change.
I’ve been vegetarian for a while now and was vegetarian for the majority of my childhood. I’ve also been trying to be dairy free but I have decided that actually veganism really is for me and can be for me, despite years of not feeling like I could due to a dietary issue I have with calcium. Doctors of course, told me I had to drink milk. How very wrong they were and how ignorant I have been.
I think a lot of the problem is just that people are not educated enough and those that know or see what is going on, would prefer to just look the other way. I just can’t support it any longer.
I’m not really a big fan of the vegan police (despite agreeing with them entirely. I can see their anger. I can see their desperation to change the way the world operates) and while I’ll never shove my opinions at people forcefully, please watch this video. It doesn’t show hardcore super animal cruelty (though you SHOULD watch that because its the truth of what is going on) but this will educate you in a gentler way and the speaker seems like a pretty awesome guy.
And if you do want to know whats really going on. Please watch this. It is not for the faint hearted but it is the truth.
