Alright, so I tried my hand at designing my own Scarecrow costume. I have no experience with character sheets so it probably looks a bit chaotic? Also, I thought I was being super original basing him off of a plague doctor when I remembered that alternate outfit in the injustice game lol. Is it alright tho?

Crocus is self-learning software ZBlush, where he found out there’s not much different from hand-sculpting, except he can keep the LaDoll clay off his hands. However, the finished models still needed to be print out, and here’s the real problem. Even after he printed out the model parts, he still needs to make amendments on each of them. Well, the learning curve maybe long, but it’s definitely bringing us something new. 😅

Awesome! This is how I learned what I have learned about zBrush! I don’t know a lot, but enough to get by. It’s a very detailed program. I really like being able to revert big mistakes.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrD29hiokJo Here is a video on exporting for 3d printing and getting the scales right in zbrush. It took me ages to figure out how to do right, and I still mess up and need the video :P

Can you explain more in depth how you save your images for print then cut from the cricut software with as little image quality lowering as possible. I am struggling with getting good looking prints.

It’s not so complicated if you have Photoshop, that’s the only way I know how to do it. Just go through the process of creating the set up in Cricut’s software, then when it tries to print the file, set your printer as “Print to PDF”, open the PDF with Photoshop, carefully overlay the original images and size them to be right over the Cricut version.  I blur the edges on a separate layer, to make sure that doesn’t have a white border. Then you can print it. It’s a little trial and error, but it should be pretty close to perfect in the first 4 tries.I hope this helps! Cricut really needs a way to export in HD....

Say hello to Muffin! He is a fairyline Momo boy, and he is the sweetest thing ever. I’m kind of glad I couldn’t afford face up, because it was either face up on NS resin or tan resin and now I cannot imagine him not being tan. I think he will need a fully white furwig or alpaca, when I get the money for locks, and pink or golden eyes with pupils! I’m so glad to have him, he’s simply the cutest and I can’t believe he’s mine!
