At the time, I got it at this site GoodsRepublic.com. Which, unfortunately, doesn't seem to have it in stock right now...sorry!
But this site sometimes gets things back in stock, depending on the seller. I could also say maybe check Ebay and see if someone is selling it on there? Good luck! Let me know if you like to see more scans in the meantime!
