flavorless fandom blog

@dndnerd1609

He/him, transmasc I love mob psycho 100 and Fullmetal alchemist, along with bungou stray dogs!! generally, anime is my forte oh and my name is Victor/Percy, I dont care which one ya call me. also, proshippers steer clear. just. in general. also, most of the stuff I rb is just from the people I follow, so unless I post/rb constantly I probably don't know that much about the fandom. both pics I use for my pfp and banner are mine

i asked my mother “have you seen my glasses i can’t find them” and she said “no sorry” and i asked her what she was watching and she said “criminal minds” in a way that assumed that was readily obvious and i was like “well i didn’t know dang” and she said it’s right there at the bottom of the screen, it says hashtag #criminalminds" and i just pointed at my face and she was like “well where are your glasses”

this happened over a decade ago and im still mad about it

my take on shipping aromantic characters is that if you're aro you get to do whatever you want and if you're not you have to write me a three page essay 12 pt font times new roman double spaced explaining in detail why you believe entering a romantic relationship would be an interesting and worthwhile storyline for the character and how you believe their aromanticism would affect the way they experience said relationship

I love RPG games. And some of the best ones were made by Squaresoft. And some of the best ones were made in the 90's

There's people out there who call it Square's golden era. Banger after banger of quality RPGs, with wonderful worlds, beautiful art and magical stories. They're still remembered to this day as some of the best in the genre

Today i bring you something that i've decided to call, The Squaresoft RPG Golden Era Legacy Collection™

25 of the best games ever made. Now ALL of them translated and available on PC

The collection contains SNES, PS1, and Gameboy games. Emulators for all 3 are included in the pack. DOWNLOAD HERE!! (3.5 GB)

I wish there were different words for the different types of forgetting because  when I say I forgot something, I don’t mean “I forgot we had plans on Friday.” I almost always mean “I forgot today was Friday.” I know my friend’s birthday is on March 20th, but I won’t wish her happy birthday on time because I won’t know it’s March 20th on March 20th. My forgetfulness has nothing to do with not caring about/remembering events and everything to do with my inability to keep up with the passage of time.

My most common one is being 100% certain I did the thing already because the memory of doing it and the memory of intending to do it are the same mental images.

I don't know which artist needs to hear this, but if you don't like your lineart...if you find that the lineart stage does not add any value to your artwork...then you do not need to do lineart. your artwork is still complete if you go straight from sketch to colours. as long as you think it's complete.

The same goes for any stage of art making. does shading not bring joy or improve the piece in your eyes? then you do not need to shade! some art styles genuinely look better without shading!

SORRY, HE DIDN'T POST HIS OWN HOLE? HE PLAGIARISED DICK, BALLS AND HOLE????

i know its tempting to be like "haha he even plagiarized his hole pics!" but its important to point out that uploading someone else's naked imagery, even if that person is a sex worker with an online presence, is sexual exploitation and a violation of consent and is illegal in canada and depending on the statute of limitations the people in those photos may be able to press charges. images stolen from online sex workers is a huge issue that not only violates their work from an intellectual property and labor rights perspective but also from a bodily autonomy and consent perspective as well. this isnt funny that james did this its actually just disgusting.

ok, so. based on a conversation with my partner, and then my friend group, about what happens when you hear/play music, and similar to the "what happens in your brain when you read" that may have originally come from @copperbadge, please vote in the following to shed some light on how way out in left field my lil' brain is.
