"to teach the sun" was the first jjk fic I started to work on. It's very light-hearted and was sort of written to help me cope with everything going on in the manga lol!! but I'm used to writing longer, more convoluted stories. So I started baby blue so I could still use those longfic muscles. I'm very glad to hear that you enjoy both and that they sort of balance each other out!

when I'm writing I usually work on the ttts chapter after baby blue since i end up upsetting myself with baby blue X) helps me readjust myself ig and it's so funny to hear that the same is true for you!

Chapter 10 is going to focus mostly on Nanami, with some Nobara+Yuji shenanigans and a little bit of Megumi's issues on the side too lol. I can't wait to go back to his POV but I want to delay it just a little while longer so when we get to it it's as sweet as possibel >:)

I think I mentioned this in one of my comment replies on,,, uh,,,, ch8? i think? but I'm not super confident in my Yuji characterization tbh. I feel like I make him a little too soft and I'm trying to find a way to make him brotherly and clingy without turning him into an overly mushy character. He still has some of that teenage arrogance and I want to figure out how that can come out in an organic way. But I am SO glad that you're enjoying it so far. HAHAHAHA I think I've seen the same meme you're talking about! Finally Megumi will get to learn what a derivative is. Gojo is a great sorcerer but I can't imagine that he's the best math teacher out there.

I'm not planning for the Kyoto switch to be the greatest thing for him (after all, the Tokyo campus is where he's supposed to be) but I really adore the idea of him finally, for once, understanding the class material he's given. That's honestly hilarious.

Oh yes yes this is such a great idea! I have ideas here and there on how he can interact with all of the Kyoto school kids and I like this idea a lot. I'm kind of leaning towards the interactions being,,, less than great,,, but we'll see how it pans out. Megumi sort of has a mind of his own so sometimes when I'm writing the fic it starts going in a way I didn't anticipate lol

I can't say that I thought about how he's in an environment where Gojo is broadly disliked. That's such a good point. Definitely going to have to work that in somehow.
