cant believe the level of holocaust revisionism im seeing today: 'israel, unlike nazi germany, warns people.' lets not elaborate on what is being warned and dwell for a second about what a warning is. it is a threat. it is an action that suggests the possibility of another, perhaps more violent action.

ive witnessed the glorification of the clarity of these threats increase over the years. but never have i seen it explicitly compared to the holocaust to feed the (also familiar) myth that the holocaust was a surprise to most people (the extent of 'most' varying).

the nazis were famous for their antisemitism long before the first american soldiers were to witness the camps. the genocidal process that ultimately lead to the death of six million jewish people was also a series of warnings in relation to those final actions. it was preventable precisely because it was recognized as a threat.

we should not praise hitler for his antisemitism, but even worse would be to critique him and his party on grounds that they were not clearly antisemitic enough. that they did not provide enough warnings, if any at all. that he could be praised if his genocidal ambitions were better communicated, because when orchestrating a genocide, making your ambitions known constitutes playing fair and is encouraged.

not only does this excuse genocidal policy in palestine today, it treats the holocaust as unforeseeable and therefore unpreventable.

the ongoing genocide of the palestinian people by the israeli state is recognizable and preventable. it is precisely the potential for recognition that develops the potential for preventative action.

one time when I was a barista I was telling my coworker that I suddenly really missed cows. I used to work with cows all the time back home and then I moved away and suddenly it had been four years and nary a cow.

15 minutes later this old guy came up to the counter with his address written on a napkin & he said “me and my wife have a whole herd of dexters and a couple of new calves. come on over any time”

She and her husband are now living out of a tent like many Gazans now. They have had to struggle to find food and water, and not only this, but Suad is also trying to nurture an unborn baby without access to adequate food and the prenatal care that a pregnant mother needs.

She is fundraising now to get herself, along with her husband and their family members out of Gaza. They require $20,000 to get out of Gaza and an additional $8,000 for transfer costs and living expenses in Egypt.

Hussam received this brochure from the IDF warning them to leave Rafah and head to Khan Yonis, and those in North Gaza where our friend Mahmoud Abu Salama resides are also warned to move to the west.

People say there is no space left to settle, the areas are severely damaged and crowded and it is not suitable for living!

They are warning people in the North to flee despite already withdrawing troops from the North! They are preparing for a second invasion!

Here, they are warning people in Rafah to flee to Khan Younis.

Hi, my name is Franz and if you are taking the time to read this you probably know me and know a little bit of my story. After living as an out transgender woman since 2016, these past couple years I have been making a concerted effort to relieving my gender dysphoria through surgery. Sadly, my university insurance does not cover any procedures besides bottom surgery, leaving me currently saving up money to the best of my ability, and going into debt if I can't, to cover everything else that I need in order to feel comfortable in my own skin.

I have a lot of dysphoria around the shape of my body. I have gotten comments from family on my awkward proportions, and there are whole sections of myself I can't feel comfortable to have shown publicly. Basically, my shape is very masculine, and I am hopeful that MTF body contouring can alleviate this issue. The procedure will transfer fat from my abdomen to my hips and buttocks, giving me the feminine shape that has unfortunately eluded me after almost 7 years of feminizing hormone therapy.

I have put down a deposit for surgery with Dr. Wendell Perry at The Secret Plastic Surgery, a surgical center in Miami, FL. I have hunted around for the best deal possible on this procedure, while still being able to see a board certified plastic surgeon who is familiar with the procedure. My tentative surgical date is July 24, 2024.

The funds raised through this campaign will directly contribute to the costs of the surgery, post-operative care, travel, lodging, and any unforeseen medical expenses.
