can i just say re: neopets mobile beta, i have no idea how it looks on mobile, but on desktop it is the nastiest thing i’ve ever seen. it looks like it’s made out of plastic. i have long suspected they’re trying to actively drive away their adult users in favor of Kids Today whose parents have $$$ to spend on microtransactions, and this confirms it

and, if you play neopets actively you may have seen this petpage circulating on the boards -- there have been threads on the PC and the NCC in the past few days -- and although it may not do anything, i just wanted to flag this for my followers in case you are interested in signing on to request that tnt take another look at their customer support policies and stop freezing accounts immediately when they suspect you of something without giving you a chance to defend yourself. a lot of the site policies date from the heyday of CGing and are totally outdated, but something particularly wild happened to a popular PCer recently that might have the potential to actually change the way tnt operates.
