Along with a few melon pans on the table there is a present bow on Ren's head. "Happy Birthday Masa" Ren leaned in and kissed his cheek.
Masato smiled at his gift(s) taking the bow from Ren’s head after her kiss and giving his own kiss a top her head. “Thank you so much. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday present.”

It felt like she was living a dream. Though she almost laughed at the end when apologized. “Don’t worry, I’m not uncomfortable.” Ren tilted her head up, to be able to look up at him. “I’m glad you said it because…” She blushed a bit leaning up to kiss his cheek gently and quickly. “I like you too.” Not exactly what he said, but same idea. She wanted to be more than just friends, and if that’s what they both wanted then nothing should go wrong. Yet.
Masato sputters, the kiss catching him off gaurd, Rens answer adding to his racing mind and heart. “I hadn’t thought you would feel the same way as I do.” Masto lets go of her hands turning around quickly to face her fully on the bed. He hesitates for a moment before giving Ren a small smile and taking her hands in his once more.“I’m glad I haven’t made you uncomfortable.” He gave a quiet, nervous chuckle meeting Rens eyes. “I didn’t think I would actually be able to say it if I’m being honest.”
