On this day - April 16th, 2024 - a new collection is born into the Lightning Strike to the Heart family.

The Bolts Prompt Challenge is live!

Take a gander at the rules, FAQs, and timeline which can all be found in the AO3 collection. Sign-ups are open until May 15th so go forth and prompt (and tell all your friends to prompt, too. Friends who prompt together, stay together).

The traditional exchange is what we've always done. Everyone signs up, I pair you with your best match, you write a story based on their players requested and dear author letter.

A prompt challenge would involve adding prompts to a list for writers to choose from. You would have to claim a prompt to write for the collection.

Either way, new Bolts stories would be coming into the world, it just depends on how y'all would like to do it. Let me know!
