Hey guys, I'm struggling with cash again, and there's no food in the house. We've been food insecure for a few weeks and today I can't take it anymore lmao, I need some help getting some groceries. Need some meat and fiber and some produce, some of us are getting a little sick and things just kind of suck. Won't get paid for another two weeks and unemployment only gave me $35, and job hunting is still rough.

I just need like a hundred bucks total at the very *minimum* to get us by for a week until some more money comes in. Waiting on my tax returns rn but we're sitting ducks. Any change anyone can donate will help so much, it all adds up and every time I ask you guys really help save my ass with groceries and I appreciate it, I hate having to ask so frequently but my family could use all the help we could get right now

Lucius Skorn, high elf, ex-criminal scum, now Cleric of Ilmater.

In his youth, he ran a gang of highly dangerous rogues known as 'The Lockjaws' who, at the beginning, thieved and killed for money to support themselves, but then ended up doing just for the thrill of it.

Eventually, Lucius' leadership was too much for the Lockjaws to handle, and his righthand man Mauverne betrayed him, selling him out to a rival guild where Lucius became a slave for decades.

Though Lucius managed to escape his slavers, he was only able to last a few months on his own before he couldn't support himself, and ended up getting caught for attempted murder. Lucius served another handful of decades in prison, getting along with absolutely no one and getting into constant trouble. Isolated, picking fights, extending his time serving there.

One day, however, he received what he believed to be divine intervention. A young elf was thrown in with a story too similar to Lucy's, and in the cutthroat cells of the prison, found himself into horrible trouble. Lucius, suddenly understanding empathy and the cruelty within, found himself throwing himself in front of the young man, taking the heat off of him and defending him from the others. Bearing his burden. Alleviating his suffering.

That night, Lucius received a vision. That night, Lucius understood in full the wisdom behind Ilmater, and found himself granted with a small boon of his power — from that moment forward, he dedicated himself to cleaning up his act and pursuing Ilmater's teachings when he got out.

(His sentence was inexplicably shortened, and he was released not so long after those incidents. Lucius firmly believes that the man he defended was Ilmater himself, and that his god had found a way to free Lucius)

Despite the hardships he faced, and the gallons and gallons of blood on his hands from his time leading the Lockjaws, Lucius sets out to become a cleric, seeking out the Open Hand Temple and becoming one of their adorned. A wolf in sacrificial lamb's clothing, desperately shrinking into the sheepskin and trying to become one of them.

For over a century, Lucius has lost his identity, lost who he is as a person. It's now his chance to remake himself, walk away from his past, and become someone new, someone better.

Two years later, Lucius finds himself on the Nautiloid with a parasite in his head.

And the man who betrayed him, Mauverne, is still alive, and still running the Lockjaws. Opportunity for revenge presents itself in Baldur's Gate when Lucius realizes the Lockjaws have expanded over the century and begun working for Lord Gortash, with Mauverne swearing himself to Bhaal for his power.

Now, Lucius is faced with the ultimate choice: Kill Mauverne to get his revenge and usurp control over the Lockjaws once more, now with more power than before, and forsaking Ilmater for Bhaal's power. Or, kill Mauverne for revenge and closure, ending the Lockjaws once and for all and returning to finding himself as a new man.

Lucius, a killer at heart, has always, whether he wanted to or not, served Bhaal through his horrific acts. Ilmater's voice feels more distant every day. It would be easy to just turn back. To go back to what was familiar. It would be easy to go back to being Lord Skorn than to try to remake himself.

JUST finished S1 of TMA, and I'm REALLY enjoying it so far. No spoilers please! I'm going into this blind and LOVING IT.

Hi there! My name's Mimi, I'm 25, and I'm struggling financially at the moment due to inconsistent and cut hours at work. I'm having a hard time making ends meet, especially now that I'm attempting to pursue an English degree at school, and need some help paying for food, my darling cat's medical expenses, and repairs for my beloved 2008 Honda Civic.

I need a total of $1180 to break even while I try to sort myself out and get a different job to make ends meet. Here's how the money will be used:

IMMEDIATE

The first ~$300 will be used to feed my family, since we're currently food insecure.

Once that's secure, I'll be able to focus on our one year old kitty Miko, a rescue calico who showed up at our doorstep one day sick and weak, and has become part of our home. Though we were able to treat her scabies and other issues at first, we ran out of money to get her all of her shots, and I haven't been able to pay for it yet. I want to get her vaccinated as soon as possible, as I've put it off way too long.

CAT FEES

My darling 2008 Honda Civic is pretty great, but I don't have the money for the oil change, and my tires are old and can't hold any air pressure in them, so I need to get them replaced. I live in the desert, which sees temps over 100F/38C consistently in the Summer, and I don't have a working A/C. I don't know what exactly is wrong with it, so I don't have a real estimate on the costs just yet, but I know I want it to get repaired as soon as possible.

CAR FEES

A piece of my car fell out after a fender bender called the Air Intake Resonator. I... don't know how it fell out, and I don't know how much it'll cost to get it put back in or replaced. I think it will be very expensive. Because I don't have a quote, I haven't added it to the total I'm raising for here, but it's in the back of my mind. It's safe to drive without it for now, but it might do damage over time. If anyone has any advice about the air intake resonator, please let me know!

JULY 10 UPDATE

We are currently $500/$1180!! Nearly halfway there! Thank you all SO much those who shared this post and donated. I didn't expect to get so far so quick on this, and I can't express just what a relief this is on me right now.

Right now, I'm just waiting for GFM to properly transfer all of the funds we got so far, as I can't access the money just yet, but thus far, food for this month is already covered, and I can already get started on taking Miko in for a check up and getting one of her shots sorted out. I will update once all of these actions get put into true motion.

I've been scraping by the skin of my teeth these past few months, so seeing this take off is such an immense relief. I feel a little closer to feeling okay again, and I have all of you to thank for it.

I've been thinking lately that Mathias Shaw should have his own special model because I think it would be cool, and then I got the idea: why don't I try redesigning him a little?

This is only the FIRST try at a redesign, obviously pulling insp from the current set he wears, and from looking at some random pinterest boards until I got something cool together. This is more of a take of how I'd design him if he were my OC, but I'm going to try another design later where I pull more from WoW and try to make him fit more within WoW's design patterns rather than what I would do.

Anyways, here's the first take! I'm REALLY happy with how it came out anyways. Added a bonus pic without the facial hair bc I am still REELING at what a WORLD of a difference some hair makes to his face like jfc dude
