not 2 b an is*k stan but a Big part of his story in s3 is his struggle w religion when it comes to sexuality bc of his mom and talking w muslim!even abt the shared doubts theyve had and isak being able to begin to heal from that trauma through seeing the genuine love nd passion even has for his religion...would just work So Well in his story i Cant Believe we were robbed of this

yeah, actually!! it’s actually well-documented that a lot of lesbians experience some feelings of wanting to be gay men, or feeling like they could only be with men as a man!! i haven’t rlly read much about it but my theory is it comes from a desire to be able to be attracted to men (i.e., what’s considered ‘normal’), but also a feeling of one’s gayness being such an intrinsic part of you as a person that you can only see yourself in a relationship with a man as a gay man.
