It happend, in real. the company(NEXON) decided to get rid of her voice in their game. I cannot believe this situation and want to let many people know about it.

South Korea is one of the most sexist, misogynistic nations in the developed world and the erasure of feminists’ voices from society is enforced systematically across a national level. While the recent rise in feminism has encouraged women to fight back, incidents like these are still happening all the time.

Boycott these fuckers. Spread the word that Nexon pulled this stunt because their voice actress wore a shirt that said “Girls do not need a prince.” Tell people that this is a company that is against the independence of women, and let Nexon know that this is unacceptable.

I wrote that a few days ago to explain about it. And it is first time to hear 'it is astroturfed by North Korea' .. to me.. actually that sentence make me laugh. Sorry. It is so funny. The shirt was given to her by a LITERAL hate group. They’ve outed LGBT people online, laughed about genital mutilation, and most recently, are being investigated for CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

Nexon isn’t a bad company, they don’t have anything against feminism, but they DO have something against their voice actress possibly being linked to the group.

They have a huge American audience and would never do anything to put that at risk.

Hello. bokatisha. I don’t know who you are. such like Korean or Not, male or female. but I can sure that you already know about that issue well.

So, I really want to ask why were you wrote like this.

You already know pretty good. the reason that megalia site was born is because misogyny in Korea is normalized too much. And because Men’s Sexual objectification, violence, threat, murder … s (to women or girl) are too many in Korean mass media. And because mass media named those crime’s victim as ‘cohabit-girl’, ‘subway-girl’, ‘plastered-girl’. (Even there are articles about mass media’s naming. - Why mass media obsessed to naming victim as ‘something-girl’(http://h2.khan.co.kr/201607181041001) / Why victim has to be ’somehing-girl’ (http://imnews.imbc.com/n_newssas/n_story/n_story/4018653_17081.html) (these articles are written by Korean). And because So many people saying like “this crime’s cause is Women’s short skirt. or Women’s walking in night-time.“. And because so many people uploaded naked woman’s picture(be filmed in public toilet, pool, even boy-friend’s home by cam) without their agreement. So many things were continued like it is normal. In Korea, Even there’s a quate “dried pollack and women have to be bit once every three days.“.

Megalia was against to those things. As lots of people know, they wrote ‘Men’s Misogyny writing’ same but did with gender swap. (Ex: Korean girl must die -> Korean boy must die) From then, that site got so many fights and sometimes had problems like you said(Outing LGBT, Child porn). but on each occasion, people embarrassed and argued about wrong, and as I know, now Megalia is not that community.

that “T-shirt” issue started here. T-shirt don’t support crime. about that issue, We need more explanation. facebook in Korea got lots of page. of them, ‘Kim-chi-girl’ Page got so many misogyny writing and picture. So people asked facebook to do something, but there’s no mediation or restriction. But when people wrote or uploaded ‘Men’s Misogyny writing or picture’ that with gender swap in megalia’s page, facebook-Korea deleted megalia’s page. again ana again. for that reason, now, megalia’s page’s name is ‘megalia 4’. and they use that page to upload some information about feminism. but Kim-chi-girl’s page’s name is ‘Kim-chi-girl 2’. ‘Kim-chi-girl(1)’ page was hacked by someone(someone said maybe the owner of that page sold. but it is not sure.). facebook-korea didn’t delete Kim-chi-girl page. misogyny in Korea has no frustration.

So, megalia4 decided to sue facebook-korea. they got lawyer. but they need money to prepare if lose a case. So, megalia4 made fund-raising site, and give a T-shirt to someone who send some money for them. The T-shirt isn’t for ‘LGBT Outing’, ‘Child Porn’. The T-shirt is for help to protect Women’s voice. To make the world that Women can live without ‘prince’, and can live their own power. The voice actress supported that and got T-shirt. and fired. Because it was unfair, not only voice actors-actresses, also painters, writers, translators, singers, journalists … so many famous(or unfamous) people support her. They want to protect her from this situation and so many anonymous-web user who want to insult her.

You know that already. I think so. If you don’t know these, you didn’t write some information just to attack megalia and justify the game company-NEXON.

I thought this issue was unfair, and wanted to help her. So I uploaded this picture. This is my fight. I want to ask to you. What did you think about this issue? What do you want to do? What is your fight’s goal?
