author’s notes: hello there, i have returned – and with a javi fic. the inspiration for this came from this scene of javi getting ready for the day. and talking to some friends about the (ridiculous) ties that he owns. hence, this little fic – a piece of domestic fluff with hints of a sexual situation. so, 18+ only please. also, i believe i have tagged everything, but if there is a tag missing, please let me know. any and all mistakes are my own. as always, reblogs, comments, and likes are all appreciated 💕

“Should’ve went with the dark blue.”

Javier raised an eyebrow, and looked at you through the full length mirror in your shared bedroom (one the two of you had gotten at your request — though Javier would say it was more of a heavily demanded object rather than a requested one). You were spread out under the covers, laying on your stomach, arms under the pillows, head turned and resting on the pillows, facing him. Your eyes were half open, and there was a sleepy smile on your face. “I should have, hm?” he asked, shifting the tie hanging around his neck, trying to adjust it to the right length on each side.

You hummed — even the hum sounded sleepy to his ears — and he watched as your eyes fell closed for a brief moment before opening slowly again. “For sure. You look better in the dark blue.”

Javier laughed softly, and focused his attention back on the tie. His callused hands began to maneuver, working to make a knot. “So you’re saying that this grey suit doesn’t look good on me? That hurts, cariño.”
