Update: I moved from Seattle to LA, finally got the credentials to work in California (I’m a microbiologist/CLS), I got my own place, bf decides he isn’t ready for a committed relationship, so now I’m in a new city again, alone 🥲 Trying not to be too depressed but it’s kind of difficult not to be. I already had pretty bad abandonment issues and this just. Is the cherry on top. So I’m going to try to focus more on crochet. Here is what I’m working on. It will be a blanket of 200+ flowers in all colors.

Crocheting the California Sun pattern on a California beach 🌞

I just love when I’m on a roll and then I get to the end and notice something funky with the count, and then realize that I accidentally did 13 tr in the starting round instead of 12 😭😒😔

Made a mini hexagon out of California Sun 🌞

I’ve done 3 squares so far and I keep coming up with little things to add or ways to improve it 😅

I think this is the finished square. Reintroducing California Sun 🌞✨
